Germán Márquez’s 2025 season was a harsh reminder of the steep learning curve required in the first full year back from Tommy John surgery. Pitching in the unforgiving environment of Coors Field, the 31-year-old veteran struggled to find his rhythm, finishing with a career-worst 6.70 ERA, 1.71 WHIP, and a 3-16 record over 126.1 innings.
