2022 Player Outlook
Just throw away Hand's time in Toronto. Just do it. Don't look at it. Philadelphia is buying into what he did as a member of the Mets, when he posted a 25.5 percent strikeout rate, 1.28 WHIP, and 3.40 FIP over his final 16 appearances of the year. He does have closing experience and has been an absolute menace against left-handed hitters (.252 wOBA) for his career. His path to saves is incredibly crowded, but if his strikeout rate returns closer, or above, 30 percent, he could be an intriguing option in deeper leagues that value solds.
