World Cup 2022 DFS Playbook November 29: Netherlands, England & USA Top the Slate
This is yet another World Cup DFS slate that hinges on the stud players, but unlike a lot of other slates, there are really only two big-name forwards we need to worry about. Harry Kane reportedly trained without issue Monday but given his long history of being hobbled by leg injuries for a month at a time, I will let somebody else take a chance. Meanwhile, I will keep an eye out for a surprise starter or two who could come at a discount against Wales.
The other star to watch is Memphis Depay. He is one of the two most expensive players on both sites, mostly due to the matchup but also because he led Netherlands in goals and assists in qualifying. He has scored just 3.4 DK fantasy points in 73 minutes off the bench, but if he starts, you fade him at your own risk.

| My only concern with Mohammad is that everyone is going to play him. Even if you ignore the assist, he had five crosses, a chance created and a shot on goal against Senegal. Netherlands got outplayed by Ecuador and let Senegal hang around and while I don't think Qatar can win this game, I expect them to generate some offense. Mohammad looks like a great punt play on DraftKings if he starts. | ||||||

| I think he is too expensive on DK, even if I don't hate the idea of chasing a set piece goal in tournaments. He is great for FD because he has proven he can score fantasy points in different ways. He returned value against Iran thanks to an assist and then nearly doubled his fantasy points against USA thanks to eight clearances. This last game will probably fall somewhere in between, which is just fine for fantasy. | ||||||

| Finding a safe defender for FanDuel who won't break the bank seems impossible on most slates but Koulibaly fits the bill. He has 15 clearances through two games and if anything, this should be a better matchup for fantasy than Qatar was. | ||||||

| Hajisafi had two crosses against England and eight against Wales. If he lands somewhere in between against the U.S., he will be a find fantasy play on DraftKings.
