Here are my personal example lineups for this weekend's tournament.  You will see lineups for DraftKings and Fanduel.  You will also need at least two pivot options in each of the lineups as well.  We encourage you to use these lineups and the playbook as a guide for building your own unique lineups for the American Express.

Make sure you read my full PGA DFS Playbook for the American Express before using these example lineups.  You can also take a look at my Weekly Tournament Projections at any time.

After our first full field event of the season, we get our first multi-course tournament of the season.  This begins a run of eight courses over the next three weeks.  You should proceed with caution through these weeks because of all the variables.  Golf is already the most variant sport in daily fantasy sports and now you add the element of multiple courses.  The other reason I’ll be cautious is looking at the history of the winners.  This tournament has had all sorts of winners from big names to new names, from big hitters to course managers.  I’ll be playing but only about 50 percent of my typical bankroll this weekend.

We spoke about this last week, you should be targeting players who can go low for four straight rounds.  Hudson Swafford and Si Woo Kim both won this event at 23 under par over the last two years.  I’d be looking to go with a more of a stars and scrubs approach this weekend.  I want to fit in as many of the top tier players as I can.  There are some fun risk reward players at the bottom of the pricing sheet.  You can get creative this weekend and I’ll try to show examples of that in these lineups.
