Best NFL DFS Week 12 Picks & Watch List: Top DraftKings & FanDuel Plays
Published: Nov 19, 2025
Are we ready to start diving into the research for our NFL DFS Week 12 picks? Have you cleared your head from last week? While taking in all the information last week gave you, remember, you have to look at each individual match-up with a clear mind. Not everything you witnessed last week is what you're going to get this week. Not only do we see one-week wonders all the time, but the latest rash of NFL injuries is going to give us brand-new options to explore. While this piece evolves into the DFS Playbook, you should always be checking the rest of the NFL DFS content, from the DFS positional coaches to the WR/CB Match-Up Report to all the NFL game previews. Everything is loaded with the information you need to succeed.

If you struggled last week, don't get frustrated. Most of us did. I've been talking about it on the Fantasy Alarm Show on SiriusXM for the last few days and I even wrote about it in an article I write called The Weekly Bender. When the majority of the chalk doesn't hit, it can be a struggle. If you invested heavily in that Cincinnati Bengals/Pittsburgh Steelers game, you got thumped. Justin Herbert and the Los Angeles Chargers opted not to show up against the Jacksonville Jaguars, Josh Jacobs left the game injured. So did Michael Penix and Drake London. J.J. McCarthy ruined the value of his receivers and I think we're all still looking for the Houston Texans. Give a shout if you've located them yet.
If you didn't have Josh Allen as your quarterback or you weren't invested in Jacoby Brissett, the Arizona Cardinals stack and either Christian McCaffrey or George Kittle coming back, you struggled. It happened to me. Most of my lineups failed. My Cardinals stack (which I gave to you in the Example Lineups on Sunday) saved my ass. That's just the way it goes sometimes. We were on a fantastic run and it came to an end, for the most part. That's the way it goes. The key is how you respond. Do you freak out and change everything up? No. You maintain the process and accept the fact that sometimes you can make all the right choices based on your research and the football gods have another plan. So, onwards and upwards for Week 12.

Before we get to the NFL DFS Week 12 picks, I always like to present to you the optimal lineups that could have been build just using the DFS Playbook and Dart Board.Â

Like I said, that Cardinals stack worked like a dream, though using George Kittle over Christian McCaffrey as the component coming back was definitely the answer. CMC's price tag is always so constrictive, so you are typically forced into some DFS bargain picks you may not typically make. The more balanced approach was the way to go, as opposed to the stars & scrubs. I said last week that we were close and we inched along even further. Now let's get it for this week!
Are you ready? Then let's get to our NFL DFS Week 12 picks!
