Justin Fields Underdog Fantasy NFL Pick: Higher than 8.5 Rushing Attempts

After missing Week 3 due to a concussion that he suffered in the team’s Week 2 loss to the Bills, we see Fields back under center tonight for the Jets as they head to Miami to face the Dolphins.

The rushing attempt total for Fields is set at just 8.5 tonight, which feels awfully low considering that in Week 1 against the Steelers, he had 12 rushing attempts for 48 yards, and then in Week 2, prior to getting injured, he had five rushing attempts.

This is an RPO-style offense where Fields' ability to run the football is maybe the most dangerous part of the Jets' offensive attack.

The Dolphins' defense has been one of the worst in football this season, and I’d expect to see Fields running often in this game tonight.

 

 

 

J.K. Dobbins Underdog NFL Pick: Higher 64.5 Rushing Yards

Broncos are at home as a 7.5-point favorite against the Bengals here tonight. This is a Bengals defense that ranks the 7th worst in DVOA against the run this season while allowing 4.4 yards per carry. 

Dobbins' rushing total is set at 64.5 this evening, a total he’s exceeded in each of the first three games this season.

While there was a ton of hype around RJ Harvey this offseason, it’s clear that Dobbins is the lead running back in this offense and the running back that will be used to close this game out if the Broncos take a lead into the fourth quarter and look to kill clock.
