We have an NHL DFS showdown slate for today’s game seven in the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals! Igor Shesterkin and the New York Rangers will battle it out with Sebastian Aho and the Carolina Hurricanes to see who will advance to the Eastern Conference Finals to take on the Tampa Bay Lightning. Whose dream of winning the Stanley Cup will stay alive? Let's now take a closer look at the daily fantasy hockey top plays for tonight's game!

The Captain

We have some solid options on both teams for the captain spot.

Igor Shesterkin - If the Rangers are going to win this game, Shesterkin is likely to be a big reason for it. He has been fantastic this entire series with his lowest save percentage in this series being 0.912, and he has made 34 saves or more three times in this series as well.

Mika Zibanejad - Zibanejad has scored in four straight games, and they will need at least another one from him tonight. He hasn’t shot the puck as much as we have seen in the past, but he is still getting the job done.

Sebastian Aho - In a game seven you need your team's best players to shine, and Aho is the Hurricanes' best player. He has four points in his last five games and is capable of putting up big shot numbers as well.

The Rest

Artemi PanarinThe Breadman has come alive with three points in the last four games. Panarin is an impact player and he could be a difference-maker tonight.

Chris KreiderWe haven’t seen a lot from Kreider in this series, but we know that Kreider can have big games, and put lots of shots on goal.

Adam FoxFox has six points in his last four games and has been a top player in this series, thanks to his blocked shots and shots on goal.

Jacob TroubaWhile we have only seen one point from Trouba, we have seen his usual floor of shots and blocked shots so if he can get some points today he could be a difference-maker.

Andrei SvechnikovSvechnikov has only had one goal in this series, but he has two five shots in games, and he is very capable of blowing up and being a slate breaker for the Canes.

Vincent Trochek - We have seen Trochek score in back-to-back games for the Canes, and he is coming off a five-shot game as well.

Jaccob Slavin - Slavin is a solid value choice. He doesn't have any points in the series, but he does get you both shots and blocks and he will see some powerplay time as well.

Antti Raanta  - We should expect Raanta to be in net for the Hurricanes today, and with how much better they have played at home, it would not be surprised if he got the win and provided a decent performance as well, just don’t expect him to see a lot of shots.
