Welcome to the 2026 NFL DFS Week 6 RB Coach article! Jaylen Warren and Aaron Jones were good calls in Week 5, and our advice to avoid using Jeremiyah Love as an NFL DFS RB was on the money as well. Warren provided an especially good return on investment on the FanDuel platform, where he was the 17th most expensive NFL DFS RB.
We knew that the Bengals would be able to run the ball effectively against the Dolphins, but recommending Chase Brown as our play of the week ended up being a mistake. He rode the bench after a fumble, and even when he was given the rock, he didn’t do much with it. The Bengals are one of four teams on a bye (the Lions, Vikings, and Dolphins are the other three), and they’ll have some time to think about how they’ll manage their NFL DFS RBs moving forward.
We don’t have the luxury of waiting a week to adjust our NFL DFS RB rankings and decide who to use in our lineups. Let’s dive right in and find Week 6 NFL DFS RB picks that will help us earn some cash!
NFL DFS Week 6 RB Coach for FanDuel and DraftKings Fantasy
As we take a closer look at the NFL DFS RB Week 6 rankings, we find that three Chargers NFL DFS RBs are moderately priced on both the FanDuel (FD) and DraftKings (DK) platforms. However, it is interesting to note that while the Chargers’ backfield resembles a three-headed monster, Kimani Vidal is starting to get some traction. DK has him as the second most expensive Chargers NFL DFS RB ($4,800). Vidal is the third most expensive Chargers NFL DFS RB on FD ($4,900). He’s been a serviceable under-the-radar NFL DFS RB over the past two weeks, scoring double-digit fantasy points on both the DK and FD platforms.
NFL Week 6 Running Backs
With four teams on a bye and several NFL DFS RBs nursing injuries, we’ve got our homework cut out for us in Week 6. The Eagles and Browns’ backfields have been particularly hit hard heading into Week 6.
The Eagles are suggesting that Saquon Barkley (hamstring) has a chance to play in Week 6 against the Panthers, but using him in NFL DFS lineups comes with a lot of risk. With Tank Bigsby on the IR and Will Shipley expected to miss multiple weeks after partially tearing his plantar fascia in Week 5, Dameon Pierce (DK $5,100/FD $5,300) has a chance to make some noise against a Panthers run defense that is giving up the fifth-most PPR fantasy points per game to NFL DFS RBs.
As this article is being written, Quinshon Judkins (ankle) hasn’t been ruled out of his Week 6 matchup against the Ravens and is considered day-to-day. His RB handcuff, Raheim Sanders (hip), has been placed on IR. The Browns have signed Audric Estime to their active roster, and there’s a chance that he and Jaleel McLaughlin could lead the Browns’ backfield in Week 6. With the Ravens having given up the eighth-fewest PPR fantasy points per game to NFL DFS RBs, it’s probably best to avoid using any Browns NFL DFS RBs in Week 6.
NFL DFS RB Top Tier Picks for Week 6
Derrick Henry, Ravens – DraftKings: $8,200 | FanDuel: $9,100
It doesn’t matter who his opponent is; Henry finds a way to score a TD. He has eight total TDs on the season and at least one in each of his five games. Only one other team (the Falcons) runs the ball more than the Ravens do and that has helped Henry to average just over 22 carries per game this season. As the focal point of the Ravens offense, look for Henry’s TD scoring streak to continue in Week 6. He is one of the safest Week 6 NFL DFS RB picks on both DK and FD platforms.
Javonte Williams, Cowboys – DraftKings: $7,500 | FanDuel: $7,400
Only three more teams have thrown the ball more than the Cowboys this season, but Williams has still managed to rush for at least one TD in four of his first five games. He takes on the Packers in Week 6, and they’ve given up the fourth most PPR fantasy points per game (FPPG) to NFL DFS RBs, and nine total TDs to the position this season. Williams has scored the sixth most PPR fantasy points among NFL DFS RBs this season.
NFL DFS RB Mid-Tier Picks for NFL Week 6
Jaylen Warren, Steelers – DraftKings: $7,000 | FanDuel: $7,300
Warren has been one of the hottest NFL DFS RBs over the past three weeks. With Rico Dowdle sidelined due to a toe injury, Warren has taken over as the Steelers’ lead NFL DFS RB. He has played 91.8% of the Steelers’ offensive snaps and is averaging 107 rushing yards (6.6 YPC) and four receptions per game during that time frame. On the surface, Warren has a tough matchup against the Buccaneers in Week 6. They’ve yielded just 3.37 YPC to NFL DFS RBs, but the Bucs have given up the third most receptions (27) to the position among NFL DFS RBs this season. There is a chance that Dowdle could return to action in Week 6, but as "the man," Warren has a chance to be one of the best NFL Week 6 DFS RB picks on both DK and FD platforms.
Kyren Williams, Rams – DraftKings: $6,800 | FanDuel: $8,100
In a week where there is so much uncertainty surrounding the NFL DFS RB rankings, adding a consistent producer like Williams to your NFL DFS lineup offers reassuring stability. You can practically bank on Williams getting at least 15 carries in Week 6. He’s averaged just under 16 per game over the past three weeks. Williams has also averaged over seven receptions per game during that time frame. He has a favorable matchup against a Cardinals run defense that has given up the fifth most rushing yards to NFL DFS RBs this season. He is an extremely safe Week 6 NFL DFS RB pick.
NFL Week 6 DFS RB Value Picks
Emanuel Wilson, Seahawks – DraftKings: $5,800 | FanDuel: $6,100
Wilson takes on a surprisingly bad Broncos run defense that has given up 4.51 YPC and the sixth most PPR fantasy points per game to NFL DFS RBs. Since taking over as the Seahawks’ primary NFL DFS RB in Week 4, Wilson has scored three total TDs in his last two games. He’s averaging just 3.5 YPC during that time frame, but Wilson has played just over 59% of the Seahawks’ offensive snaps and averaged just over 20 carries per game. As this article is being written, it appears that Zach Charbonnet will not be activated in time for the Seahawks’ Thursday night game, marking Week 6 as one of the last times that Wilson will be the team’s primary NFL DFS RB for a while.
Rhamondre Stevenson, Patriots – DraftKings: $6,000 | FanDuel: $6,300
With TreVeyon Henderson expected to miss multiple weeks due to a high ankle sprain, Stevenson will be the Patriots’ lead NFL DFS RB for the near future. He’s been successful in that role, and in 17 career games in which he’s had at least 18 carries, Stevenson has scored 13 rushing TDs. Stevenson brushed off his own knee injury in Week 5 and ran for 64 yards (4.9 YPC) and also scored a TD. Stevenson takes on the Jets in Week 6, and he’s had good success against them of late. Stevenson has scored three TDs in his last two games against Gang Green.
NFL DFS RB Fades for Week 6
Ashton Jeanty, Raiders – DraftKings: $6,500 | FanDuel: $7,600
Jeanty has a very good matchup against the Bills in Week 6, but it’s painfully obvious that he is valiantly playing through an ankle injury and is hampered by plantar fasciitis. His injuries have limited his production, and Jeanty is averaging just 2.9 YPC in his last four games. He played a season-low 53.3% of the Raiders’ offensive snaps in Week 5. With the Raiders calling up Roman Hemby from their practice squad ahead of their Week 5 matchup, it appears he was close to being inactive against the Patriots.
NFL Week 6 RB Play of the Week
Kenneth Walker, Chiefs – DraftKings: $8,500 | FanDuel: $8,900
Walker III has taken advantage of the fact that the Chiefs are looking to run the ball more this season. He’s averaging 6.2 YPC and has scored six total TDs in his first four games. He should have a big Week 6 coming off a bye against the Chargers, who have given up five total TDs to NFL DFS RBs in five games this season. In a week with so many NFL DFS backfields in flux and with top options like Jahmyr Gibbs and Aaron Jones on a bye, Walker III is a solid Week 6 NFL DFS RB pick.
