NFL DFS Week 4 RB Picks 2026: Top DraftKings & FanDuel Running Backs
Welcome to the 2026 NFL DFS Week 4 RB Coach article! After a disappointing Week 2, we bounced back nicely in Week 3 with Chuba Hubbard and Jaylen Warren providing a tremendous return on investment, and Derrick Henry and Kyren Williams continuing to be consistent NFL DFS RB options whose DFS salary remains affordable. Let’s keep the momentum going in Week 4!!
NFL DFS Week 4 RB Coach for FanDuel and DraftKings Fantasy
As we take a closer look at the NFL DFS RB Week 4 Rankings and week-to-week salary changes on both the FanDuel (FD) and DraftKings (DK) platforms, we find that Christian McCaffrey’s Week 4 DFS salary has decreased compared to last week. His Week 4 DK DFS salary of $7,700 is $600 less than last week’s salary. His Week 4 FD salary is $8,800, which is a decrease of $100 compared to last week. McCaffrey takes on the Broncos in Week 4, and while his DFS salary is still among the highest at the NFL DFS RB position, he’s taking on the Broncos, whose run defense was among the best in the NFL last season. This season, they’ve given up the fifth most PPR fantasy points to NFL DFS RBs.
NFL Week 4 Running Backs
Despite being one of the best NFL DFS RBs, De'Von Achane struggled in DFS, as a victim of the Dolphins’ terrible offense. Unfortunately, he tore his ACL and is done for the season. Ollie Gordon and Jaylen Wright, his RB handcuffs, have very affordable DFS salaries but should be avoided in DFS until we get a true measure of how each will be used on a weekly basis.
As this article is being written, we haven’t received confirmation that Jets NFL DFS RB Breece Hall (thigh) would be inactive in Week 4, but it sounds like there’s a good chance that he’ll miss at least one game.
With Travis Etienne (hamstring) out in Week 4, Alvin Kamara could be in play as an NFL DFS RB option. He’ll only cost you $5,000 on DK and $6,300 on FD, but the Falcons, his Week 4 opponent, have kept NFL DFS RBs in check this season.
NFL DFS RB Top Tier Picks for Week 4
Derrick Henry, Ravens – DraftKings: $8,400 | FanDuel: $9,100
Henry has six rushing TDs in three games this season and will look to add to that total in a revenge game against the Titans in his first matchup against his old team that tossed him aside and shipped him out after the 2023 season. Henry’s DFS salaries on DK and FD have been steadily rising over the course of the 2026 season but are still well below Jahmyr Gibbs’ FD and DK DFS salaries, and well below Bijan Robinson’s Week 3 DK DFS salary.
Christian McCaffrey, 49ers - DraftKings: $7,700 | FanDuel: $8,800
McCaffrey is slowly looking like the matchup-proof NFL DFS RB that we confidently and regularly added to our NFL DFS lineups in 2025. He has averaged over 20 FPPG on both the DK and FD platforms over the past two weeks and has what appears to be a good matchup against the Broncos, who, as previously mentioned, have been very friendly to NFL DFS RBs this season.
NFL DFS RB Mid-Tier Picks for NFL Week 4
James Cook, Bills – DraftKings: $7,400 | FanDuel: $8,200
Cook III is quietly leading all NFL DFS RBs with 6.0 YPC this season, and he has scored a TD in each of his last two games. He has a favorable matchup against the reeling Patriots, who have given up 4.20 YPC to NFL DFS RBs. He scored three TDs against the Pats last season and is one of the safest NFL DFS Week 4 RB picks on both DK and FD platforms.
D'Andre Swift, Bears – DraftKings: $6,400 | FanDuel: $7,300
With the Bears running the ball much more this season (50.28%) compared to 2025 (45.36%), Swift is sure to get plenty of reps against the Jets in Week 4. The Jets have already given up four total TDs and the sixth most receptions to NFL DFS RBs this season. Swift should have good success on the ground and through the air this week, making him a solid NFL DFS Week 4 RB pick.
NFL Week 4 DFS RB Value Picks
Aaron Jones, Vikings – DraftKings: $6,000 | FanDuel: $6,400
In the two games since Jordan Mason was placed on IR, Jones Sr. has averaged 13.85 DK points and 12.6 FD points. Jones Sr. should exceed those averages because this week he takes on a Dolphins run defense that is giving up the highest PPR FPPG to NFL DFS RBs this season. The Dolphins have also given up seven total TDs to the position. The Vikings are running the ball at the third-highest rate of any NFL team and are heavily favored in the Week 4 matchup. If the game unravels the way Las Vegas thinks it will, the Vikings and Jones Sr. will be running all over the Dolphins in the second half.
Jeremiyah Love, Cardinals – DraftKings: $5,800 | FanDuel: $6,600
Love has established himself as the Cardinals’ primary NFL DFS RB, and he’s got a great matchup against the Giants in Week 4. He’s a value play in both DK and FD platforms and should have an easy time providing a good return on your investment. NFL DFS RBs have scored three total TDs against the Giants, who are giving up 5.05 YPC to the position this season.
Bhayshul Tuten, Jaguars – DraftKings: $5,600 | FanDuel: $6,800
So far this season, Tuten has held off Chris Rodriguez and grabbed hold of the lead back role for the Jaguars. Tuten has been an elusive NFL DFS RB who has excelled at breaking tackles this season. He’s averaging just under 5 YPC and has scored a TD in each of his last two games, and he takes on the Bengals in Week 4, who are coming off a game in which they gave up 7.5 YPC to Jaylen Warren.
NFL DFS RB Fades for Week 4
Javonte Williams, Cowboys – DraftKings: $6,600 | FanDuel: $7,500
We will be using Williams in future NFL DFS lineups but will watch him from the sidelines in Week 4. The Texans’ run defense has been phenomenal and has given up the fewest PPR FPPG to NFL DFS RBs. They kept Jonathan Taylor in check in Week 3 and will do the same to Williams in Week 4.
Omarion Hampton, Chargers – DraftKings: $6,300 | FanDuel: $7,200
Hampton is still the Chargers’ lead NFL DFS Week 4 RB, but his usage has been slipping. He played a season-low 42% of the Chargers’ offensive snaps in Week 3 and has a tough matchup on the road against the Seahawks, who have yet to give up a rushing TD to an NFL DFS RB and are only allowing 2.93 YPC to the position.
NFL Week 4 RB Play of the Week
Kenneth Walker, Chiefs – DraftKings: $8,200 | FanDuel: $8,500
Prior to their Week 3 matchup against the Dolphins, Chiefs head coach Andy Reid stated that he’d like to lighten Kenneth Walker’s load a bit, but Walker III still played over 73% of the team’s offensive snaps. He also managed to score two TDs. Reid isn’t likely to lighten Walker III’s load in Week 4 against the fellow undefeated division rival Raiders. The Raiders have only given up one rushing TD to NFL DFS RBs this season, but Walker III has been matchup-proof and is averaging 28.4 DK FPPG and 26.56 FD FPPG this season. Walker III’s DFS salary has steadily increased since the start of the season, and it won’t be long before it regularly reaches the same levels as Jahmyr Gibbs and Bijan Robinson. Take advantage of his moderately priced Week 4 DFS salaries while you can.
