Welcome to the Week 10 NFL DFS RB Coach article!! Unfortunately, I had a very mediocre Week 9 when it came to choosing NFL DFS RBs. It turns out that I went to the well once too often when it came to Jonathan Taylor. He was bound to have an off week, and Week 9 was it. I’m confident that Taylor will have a big-time bounce-back game against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 10. Christian McCaffrey kept on rolling in Week 9, and both Derrick Henry and Chase Brown had productive weeks as well. Sadly, Kimani Vidal did not play like a number one NFL back (as head coach Jim Harbaugh previously described him), and there wasn’t much “Bam” in Zonovan Knight’s Monday night performance.

NFL Week 10 NFL DFS RBs

We have a manageable four teams on a bye in Week 10, including the Cincinnati Bengals, Dallas Cowboys, Kansas City Chiefs, and Tennessee Titans. We do have a lot of question marks surrounding the NFL DFS RB position leading up to Week 10’s kickoff. Arizona Cardinals NFL DFS RB Trey Benson is eligible to return from IR this week, but as this article is being written, his Week 10 status is unclear. 

I love the Week 10 matchup for the Chicago Bears NFL DFS RBs who take on my New York Giants. If D’Andre Swift (groin) is out again this week, I recommend that you put the very affordable Kyle Monangai ($5,600 DK/$6,500 FD) in your NFL DFS lineups.

Rhamondre Stevenson (toe) was out in Week 9, and TreyVeon Henderson and Terrell Jennings picked up the slack for the New England Patriots in Week 9. Patriots NFL DFS RBs have a good matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but with the uncertainty surrounding Stevenson’s Week 10 availability, I’m not using any Patriots RBs in my DFS lineups.

I’m also not putting New York Jets NFL DFS RB Breece Hall in any of my NFL DFS lineups this week. He’s coming off a huge Week 8 performance, and his DFS salary is tempting, but Hall takes on the Cleveland Browns in Week 10, and they are very tough against NFL DFS RBs.

There are, of course, several NFL DFS RBs that you can use in your DFS lineups this week who are likely able to help you win some cash. Here are some of my favorites for Week 10. 

 

 

 

NFL DFS RB Picks For Week 10

Jahmyr Gibbs, RB, Detroit Lions

DraftKings: $8,000 | FanDuel: $9,200

The Minnesota Vikings were able to keep Gibbs in check in Week 9, but he has a much better matchup against the Washington Commanders in Week 10. Look for Gibbs to rebound this week against a Commanders team that has given up 4.73 YPC to NFL DFS RBs over the last 5 weeks.

James Cook, RB, Buffalo Bills

DraftKings: $7,600 | FanDuel: $9,200

Cook III is proving all of those analysts who predicted that he’d regress this season wrong! He’s averaging a league high 5.7 YPC and has 330 rushing yards in his last two games. Cook III has a juicy matchup against the Miami Dolphins in Week 10. The Dolphins have been consistently bad against the run, having given up the third most rushing yards to NFL DFS RBs (1073) this season. With the Bills running the ball more than any other team (51% of the time), Cook III should have a big Week 10.

Josh Jacobs, RB, Green Bay Packers

DraftKings: $7,600 | FanDuel: $9,000

Jacobs has been playing through a lingering calf injury, and at the same time, he was also dealing with an illness. He has still managed to be a very productive NFL DFS RB and has scored at least one TD in seven of his first eight games. I bring this up often in this column, but Jacobs has been much more productive when playing at home for the Packers. This season, Jacobs is averaging 4.29 YPC when playing at home and 3.19 YPC when playing on the road. He takes on the Philadelphia Eagles, who have given up the eighth most PPR fantasy points per game to NFL DFS RBs this season.

 

 

 

De’Von Achane, RB, Miami Dolphins 

DraftKings: $7,400 | FanDuel: $8,500

The Dolphins may be very friendly to NFL DFS RBs this season, but with Achane, they’ve got a pretty good one on their roster as well. Achane has scored the third most overall PPR fantasy points and the fifth most PPR fantasy points per game among NFL DFS RBs. Achane takes on the Buffalo Bills in Week 10, who, like the Dolphins, have had problems defending against the run all season. The Bills have given up 5.125 YPC and the second most rushing TDs to NFL DFS RBs this season.

Rico Dowdle, RB, Carolina Panthers

DraftKings: $6,300 | FanDuel: $8,000

We can finally use Dowdle in our NFL DFS lineups! The Panthers finally made the correct decision and made Dowdle the undisputed primary NFL DFS RB on their roster. He played just over 72% of the team’s offensive snaps in Week 9 and ran for 130 yards (5.2 YPC) and also scored two rushing TDs. He takes on the New Orleans Saints in Week 10, and they’ve given up the sixth most PPR fantasy points per game to NFL DFS RBs over the last three weeks. 

Jaylen Warren, RB, Pittsburgh Steelers

DraftKings: $5,800 | FanDuel: $6,800

Warren is poised to give you some bang for your buck based on his affordable DFS salary and excellent matchup. Warren’s usage has increased steadily as the season has progressed. He was averaging 13.5 carries per game over his first four matchups and in his last three games, that average has increased to 15. He has a good matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 10 who in the past five weeks have given up 5.71 YPC to NFL DFS RBs.
