Having played back on Thursday Night Football of Week 3, the Miami Dolphins have the closest thing to a bye week without actually having it yet. Their Monday Night Football game is yet another divisional rivalry as they host the New York Jets, and we’ve got you ready for the AFC East battle with our best Jets vs. Dolphins predictions for MNF.

Better yet, we’ve added to our Jets vs. Dolphins picks with a multi-part and guaranteed Chalkboard Fantasy promo code bonus - perfect for fans in Miami without legal sports betting (outside of Hard Rock Bet).

Jets vs. Dolphins Predictions for Monday Night Football, NFL Week 4

With it being quite some time ago now, the struggling Dolphins helped us hit our TNF best bet by allowing Josh Allen to throw 2+ passing TDs. We’d also be remiss not to add one more bit regarding the combination of Chalkboard Fantasy and this MNF doubleheader.

As is always the case for prime time games, they have a FREE player pick, which is Bo Nix over 0.5 passing yards for the Bengals vs. Broncos game. With that out of the way, what about Jets vs. Dolphins predictions for the earlier game? Well, one of these 0-3 teams will finally get their first win of the season.

Ok, a tie is technically not out of the question, but we wouldn’t recommend making that result part of your Jets vs. Dolphins picks. It’s a game in which Miami head coach Mike McDaniel will need to exploit New York’s weaknesses in defense to keep his job, which is something he’s been able to do.

We all saw how much the Bills have absolutely owned the Dolphins last week, but the Dolphins can now say the same about New York - they’ve won 8 of the last 10 meetings. That said, they’re just 4-6 against the spread in that regard, so we need to determine the most valuable approach.

Jets vs. Dolphins Best Bet: Breece Hall Anytime TD Scorer (Use His Player Card At Chalkboard)

Mike McDaniel should focus his efforts on getting De’Von Achane as involved as possible to exploit the Jets defense, and while that very well may happen, it’s the Miami defense that provides far more value in our opinion.

More accurately, the lack of a Dolphins defense. Admittedly, they have so many injuries that they’re dealing with, but the fact that they’re bringing guys in off the couch to fill in some of those spots, we don’t foresee even the extra rest being enough. This is also a spot in which Breece Hall should breathe a sigh of relief.

If you’ve been sticking with us from the start of the season, you’ll have noticed that following Week 1, we’ve said that we wouldn’t be surprised to see the Tampa Bay Buccaneers end the season with the best run defense in the entire NFL. That’s who Breece Hall just had to deal with, and this Miami defense is far from that.

We saw Bills RB James Cook run rampant through the Dolphins to the tune of 108 yards and a score. Therefore, this is a prime spot for Breece Hall to look like he did in Week 1, rushing for 107 yards. He’s also a threat out of the backfield, and he even scored a TD through the air when these teams most recently met.

Regardless of how he gets it done, we’ve got Breece Hall as an anytime TD scorer (add to a Chalkboard Fantasy DFS lineup) as the best bet from our Jets vs. Dolphins predictions.

Jets vs. Dolphins Injury Report & Latest News

We noted a laundry list of injury concerns in Miami, so that’s where we’ll start our Jets vs. Dolphins news. Just to name a few on defense, Cam Smith, Storm Duck, and Ifeatu Melifonwu are ones to point out above the several DBs that are missing.

Of course, that doesn’t mean that there isn’t Jets vs. Dolphins injury news in New York. We saw Justin Fields miss last week with a concussion, Josh Reynolds is banged up, AND Quincy Williams recently went on IR. It feels like these two 0-3 teams can’t catch a break, but as for the rest of the league, always check in with the Fantasy Alarm NFL injury report.
