eWe have a small four-game slate Thursday night in the NBA on DraftKings and FanDuel. With it being a smaller slate there is still some talent on the slate including Luka Doncic, Ja Morant, Stephen Curry, and Kevin Durant. I'm sure you want to put those guys in your lineups, so you will need some value plays to do so.  Let’s dive into today’s NBA DFS top value plays for Thursday, October 27th.

NBA DFS Value Plays

Kevin Huerter, Sacramento Kings

Kevin Huerter is still underpriced in my opinion being only $4,900 on DraftKings. He is coming off a bad game where he shot 3-14 from the field and 1-8 from downtown scoring just 20.75 FP. Those shooting splits were bound to come down after the fast start in which he was shooting over 60% from the field. But he is still starting and should still get over 30 minutes in this one, and he possesses the floor of scoring 20 FP as we saw in the last game, in which he was not good. Memphis has the second-worst defensive efficiency in the NBA, so there should plenty of opportunities in this one.

Royce O'Neale, Brooklyn Nets

You can make an argument that Royce O'Neale is the most important defensive player on Brooklyn's roster. O'Neale has had at least two steals and blocks in all but one game this season. He has played no less than 34 minutes in any game this season. With how much he is on the court, you are getting a steal at his price of $4,700 on DraftKings. If O'Neale can start playing a little bit better on the offensive end, he can have a big night.

James Wiseman, Golden State Warriors

James Wiseman has had a solid start to the season in the backup center role. Wiseman has scored double-digit points in his last three games. So far the only thing holding back Wiseman from blowing up is the fact that he is only seeing about 18 minutes on the floor per night. But he does rank 15th in the NBA in fantasy points per game. If Wiseman keeps playing like this, head coach Steve Kerr may not have a choice but to give this man more minutes. Wiseman also has a decent floor this season scoring no less than 18 FP in any game. His ceiling is just capped until he starts getting more minutes, but that's ok at his price of $4,400 on FanDuel.

Tyus Jones, Memphis Grizzlies

If you are looking to pay down at the point guard position I believe Tyus Jones is your guy tonight. The backup to Ja Morant is still getting a solid number of minutes each night playing at least 22 minutes in every game. He's been solid in those minutes averaging 11 points per game. He is 34th in the league in fantasy points per minute. The Kings are 24th in defensive efficiency and Memphis is in the top half of the NBA in pace this season, so there should be a good amount of opportunities for Jones in this one.

Max Strus, Miami Heat

Max Strus is the definition of a high-risk high-reward fantasy player so far this season. In five games, Strus has scored over 33 FP in three of them. Unfortunately in the other two games, he scored 4.5, and 16.5 FP, not good. He shot well last night going 4-7 from behind the arc. The Heat are going to need Strus's shooting tonight if they want part of winning this game against Golden State. I expect Strus to have back-to-back solid games for the first time this season. Get him into your lineups, and hope that shot is falling tonight.
