We are now two days past Thanksgiving and the NBA is rolling on. We have a six-game NBA slate today but we are here focusing on the NBA DFS Showdown Slate for tonight. We have the Dallas Mavericks traveling to Los Angeles to take on the Clippers. Even with the Clippers on the second night of a back-to-back, this game is loaded with star power including Luka Doncic, Kyrie Irving, Paul George, Kawhi Leonard, and James Harden.

Luka Doncic, Dallas Mavericks

Luka Doncic is $3,900 more expensive than the next closest guy on the slate. He has been solid over his last five games scoring over 50 fantasy points in four of those five games. However, it has been a while since we have seen him completely break the slate wide open. Luka has not scored over 70 fantasy points since late October. This matchup isn't a great one with the Clippers having multiple guys they can throw at Luka, but I still expect him to have a good night.

Paul George, Los Angeles Clippers

Paul George looks to be the guy on the Clippers with the highest ceiling with all of the alphas on this roster. Since Ty Lue said he wanted George to be more aggressive that's exactly what has happened. George has taken at least 22 shots in four of his past five games and has scored over 43 fantasy points in each game. With that type of consistency, George is a great option if you want to pay down from Luka tonight. 

NBA DFS Showdown UTIL Top Plays

Kyrie Irving, Dallas Mavericks

In the next tier down from those big three, we have Kyrie Irving. Kyrie has been the perfect sidekick next to Luka this season, and probably the best of Luka's career. Irving has scored fewer than 35 fantasy points just twice this season out of 11 games. Even with somebody like Luka dominating the ball, Kyrie still has a 27.5% usage rate which has kept him extremely consistent throughout the season, and he should be in the player pool tonight. 

James Harden, Los Angeles Clippers

Harden is the cheapest of the alphas on this slate, and since Russell Westbrook has moved to the bench, Harden has been leading this offense from the point guard position. He has just under a 20% usage rate with the Clippers this season but he is coming into his own. He has scored at least 30 fantasy points in four straight games including two of those games over 40 points. Harden has dished out at least seven assists in four of those games giving him a solid floor each night even with him not scoring like he once did.

Tim Hardaway Jr., Dallas Mavericks

Tim Hardaway is coming off the bench, but it doesn't really matter for fantasy purposes. Hardaway is averaging 26 minutes over his past five games while averaging 17 points per game. Hardaway is a walking bucket, and when he gets into the game, that is what he does. He has gotten up double-digit shot attempts in ten straight games. The only issue is he does not give you a ton of other stats. Hardaway is averaging under two assists per game and under four rebounds. We should see Hardaway get his tonight, and have a solid game off of the bench after not going over 20 fantasy points in back-to-back games

NBA DFS Showdown Value Plays

Grant Williams, Dallas Mavericks

Williams is back starting for this Mavericks team. At this point in Grant Williams's career, we know who he is. He is out there to be an irritant and a pest on the defensive end of the court and to knock down open three-point attempts. He has struggled over his past two games just shooting 3-13 from behind the arc and failing to score over 20 fantasy points in each game. He will need to be on the court tonight because of his defense, giving him upside on this slate at just $4,400.

Richaun Holmes, Dallas Mavericks

Richaun Holmes played the most he has played all season in the last game for the Mavericks with 23 minutes. While he scored just four game points, he grabbed 10 rebounds in those 23 minutes. He could get the start tonight with Dereck Lively out. With his rebound ability he should get around double-digits tonight once again giving him a solid floor. We have also seen Holmes be a capable offensive player when he gets the chance. Maybe he get more opportunities tonight.

Terance Mann, Los Angeles Clippers

With Russell Westbrook moving to the bench,  Terance Mann has been in the starting lineup for four games. Mann has played at least 21 minutes in those games but just hasn't done enough on the offensive end. He has only scored 14 total points in the four games, while only scoring over 20 fantasy points once in those four games. The positive thing is Mann is giving you other stats as he has at least two steals in three straight games and is coming off a season-high five assists.

Josh Green, Dallas Mavericks

With a ton of value on the slate, Josh Green is still playable at $3,800 tonight. His floor is low, as we have seen him score fewer than 15 points in three of his past five games. However, in his last two games, he has scored 21 and 28 fantasy points scoring double-digit game points in each. Green also does more than score as well grabbing at least four rebounds in four of his past five games. Green Keeps seeing over 20 minutes a game, making him viable at his price tonight.

Daniel Theis, Los Angeles Clippers

Daniel Theis is a very solid basketball player. With Mason Plumlee missing time still, Theis is the backup center. His price is still sitting at just $3,400 and he has smashed that value in his last three games. He has scored 17, 27, and 32 fantasy points in those games and has played over 20 minutes in each. With him having a 25-30 point ceiling tonight, he seems to be a no-brainer play so you can fit as many studs in your lineup as possible tonight.
