This series has been insane from the start as all five games have been won by the home team. If that trend continues then the Pacers will find a way to win tonight and then Game 7 will be in Madison Square Garden.

NBA DFS Showdown CPT/MVP Top Plays

Jalen Brunson, New York Knicks

Through five games, Jalen Brunson has been dominant at home and struggled on the road. We’ll see if that continues here considering the first two games in Indiana came with a foot injury. Brunson’s really, really hard to stop, and Indiana is likely going to continue to use Aaron Nesmith on him despite the 44 points Brunson dropped in Game 5.

Pascal Siakam, Indiana Pacers

Since OG Anunoby went down with an injury, Siakam has two 20+ point games in his last three, and in the one game he didn’t he played just 22 minutes. Siakam has posted a 32% USG rate or better in two of those games. With Miles McBride picking up Haliburton for 94 feet, I think Siakam is Indiana’s top option tonight.

Josh Hart, New York Knicks

Outside of Game 4 of this series, nobody has been safer than Josh Hart arguably this entire postseason. He also has 50 DKP upside when we see the top-tier rebounding games he has. Hart is locked in for 40+ DKP and 40+ minutes nightly. Especially in a close-out game.

NBA DFS Showdown UTIL Top Plays

Tyrese Haliburton, Indiana Pacers

I’m OK getting to Haliburton because he’s very confident when he’s in Indiana. He played great at home in Games 3 and 4. It is interesting to see how much he deferred in Game 5 with Miles McBride on the floor guarding him full court. If you want to use him in the captain’s spot because they’re home in a must-win game.

Donte DiVincenzo, New York Knicks

After an amazing start to the series, it’s been a dip and DiVincenzo is just 1-for-12 from three over the last two games. Look for him to get back on track in this HUGE game. He’s second in usage rate this postseason without OG Anunoby and Bojan Bogdanovic at 24.9% USG and third in FP/min 1.04.

Myles Turner, Indiana Pacers

I think there’s a case for Turner in the captain’s spot too. He’s a great price to help spend up. He’s averaging over 1 FP/min this postseason and is third in usage rate. Turner has 30+ DKP in three straight and in two of them he’s played 30 or fewer minutes. It’s hard for Isaiah Hartenstein to get out onto Turner on the perimeter.

T.J. McConnell, Indiana Pacers

The price is the first thing we have to talk about. He’s $6,000 but hasn’t played north of 23 minutes yet this postseason. That hasn’t mattered at times because TWICE in this series he’s double-doubled and put up 33+ DKP.

NBA DFS Showdown Value Top Plays

Aaron Nesmith, Indiana Pacers

I like Nesmith at the price. He’s been putting up decent numbers when extended and will be needed to guard Jalen Brunson.

Miles McBride, New York Knicks

McBride started in Game 5 and was fantastic on both ends. He played 40 minutes and had 17 points and four assists. He’s in for a big role again in this one and there’s no way he heads back to the bench in favor of Precious Achuiwa. There’s a case for McBride at the captain's spot to help get ALL the top players in this game.
