Welcome back to the Fantasy Alarm NBA DFS Value Vault! We have a massive 11-game slate on tap tonight in the Association, so let’s talk some value!
DRAFTKINGS
1.) Kelly Olynyk PF/C (MIA) $5,100 –
Was really on the fence with this play but seeing as how the Heat are already thin in the frontcourt, there is some value on Olynyk even at his price-tag tonight. Kelly O is fresh off a 37-minute outing against the Pelicans where he torched them for 18 points, 10 boards, seven dimes, and a steal in route to 45 DraftKings fantasy points. He has the ability to put up nice stat-lines, so hopefully he can continue that trend tonight without Bam in the lineup.
2.) Furkan Korkmaz SG/SF (PHI) $3,600 –
Kork has seen a few spot starts here with the Sixers missing players and they are missing a ton tonight. In games where Korkmaz has seen at least 21+ minutes, he has scored 32.5, 25.8, 20.8, 32.8, 6.5, and 14.8. Obviously, we see the floor here as well in some of those games as we know that Furkan is clearly a volume three-point shooter, but this spot is great against a Bulls team that has been bad against all positions this season literally.
3.) Stanley Johnson SF (TOR) $3,500 –
Johnson played 36 huge minutes in the game before the All-Star break against the Celtics and put up a modest line of 14 points, two boards, one assist, and two steals in route to 24 DraftKings fantasy points. The Raptors are without a slew of players for tonight, and Johnson more than likely will be in line for another heavy dose of minutes at near min-price.
FANDUEL:
1.) Shake Milton PG (PHI) $4,200 –
Simply putting Shake in the FanDuel list because of his much cheaper price, BUT he is fully in play on both sites in all formats. Shake has strung together two really good games before throwing up a dud vs UTAH the game before the All-Star Break. He had recorded 21.9, 29.2, and 34.8 FanDuel fantasy points efforts in the three games prior to the Utah game, and now with the Sixers without most of their key players, look for Shake to soak up some of that usage on the offensive end of the floor.
2.) Terrence Davis SG (TOR) $4,200 –
Davis is questionable to play tonight against the Hawks, but in the event that he is good-to-go, he is most definitely in play today on both sites as well. Davis played 31 minutes the game before the break and put up 22 points, three boards, four dimes, and a block, which was good for 33.6 FanDuel fantasy points. Davis is lightning in a bottle and if he gets another 30+ minute outing here against a fast-paced Hawks team, then he could easily smash value once again.
3.) Dwight Howard C (PHI) $3,800 –
This IS the free square on FanDuel and I think we all know this. There is no chance that anyone playing on FanDuel is paying up for a Center with Howard starting tonight with no Embiid and at his very cheap price. Just plug him in and go on from there.
