We have a five-game slate on Saturday's slate and man is it interesting. There is only ONE game with a total above 218 (ATL/CLE at 230) and that's the first time we've seen that. There are only a couple pieces of news we are waiting for which in turn means not much value will be opening up. Of course there is a chance that someone sits considering we have multiple teams (ATL, CHA) on back-to-backs.

DraftKings

Josh Hart , SF NO ($4,800)

It has been a great start to the 2020 campaign for Hart so far who has really taken on a prominent rotational role for Stan Van Gundy’s Pelicans. He’s coming off a season-high 34 minutes and 33.25 DKP his last time out thanks to his first double-double of the year. Hart is one of the better rebounding guards in the NBA as he’s averaging 8.2 RPG off the BENCH. He’s played 27+ minutes in all but one game this year and the one in which he did the Pelicans got demolished and emptied the bench. Hart’s put up 26+ DK points in three-of-four and with a MASSIVE pace up spot for the Pelicans, he has a great chance at doing it once again on Saturday.

Reggie Bullock , SG/SG NYK ($4,400)

He’s even cheaper on FanDuel at $100 off minimum salary, so don’t be afraid to get your exposure to Bullock on either site. With Alec Burks out, Bullock has played 38 and 41 minutes the last two games so if Burks sits again you can bet on a similar outcome again. What’s been most encouraging is the fact that he’s taken 28 shots the last two games, hasn’t shot the ball well at all, but has two straight games of 20.7 FP or more. I’d really like him primarily if Burks is out, but would still consider him at his FD price if Burks plays.

Dante Exum , PG CLE ($3,600)

Now look, this is clearly not the sexiest value you can find on the board, but value is value no matter how you slice it. The masses figured Cedi Osman would start at SF for the injury riddled Cavs their last time out, but it was Exum drawing the start and playing 28 minutes. He didn’t much with that run, but the 28 minutes and the start is where we’re centering our attention. Those same guys are out again tonight, so we should expect Exum to once again draw a start. This match-up is definitely a good one and it’s a massive pace up spot for Cleveland as ATL ranks 7th (103.9) in pace and CLE ranks 23rd (100.8). At this price we’re looking for 18 DK points for 5X value. That’s definitely attainable for the former lottery pick in this match-up.

FanDuel

LaMelo Ball, PG CHA ($5,300)

The minutes continue to stack up for Ball and as they’ve gone up, so has the production. He’s now put up 30+ FanDuel points in back-to-back games while averaging 18.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 1.5 steals per night. The match-up isn’t ideal against a rested Philly team, but that shouldn’t impact Ball because he’s seen blow out run each time a Charlotte game has gotten out of hand. Ball’s ability to stuff the box score puts him firmly in play pretty much every slate. Hopefully he continues to see 25+ minutes to maximize his output.

De'Andre Hunter , SF ATL ($4,600)

For whatever reason, Hunter is just 4.6K on FanDuel. I’m not mad at you, FanDuel, I’m just disappointed. Disappointed that you’re giving everyone this free square. Hunter has looked great this year averaging 14.2 points, 6.8 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 26.5 FDP/game. That’s 5.3X his salary, which is a win at this price. This is the only game over a 220 O/U, let alone 230, on the entire five-game slate. What we love to see the most is that nobody on the Hawks, not even Trae Young , has played as many minutes as De’Andre Hunter this season.

Doug McDermott , SF IND ($4,000)

I know McDermott’s value generally comes from knocking down the three-ball, but we’re getting him at only $4K on FD and that’s far too cheap. At the $4K evaluation you’re looking for a minimum of 5X return, which is 20 FP. He’s topped that in four-of-five games and is now going to be playing without TJ Warren, which should lead to extra run. With Warren off of the floor this year, McDermott leads the Pacers in minutes, has a 20% USG and averages .97 FP/min. He’s a little pricier on DK but I would still play him over there considering his three-point making upside.
