DraftKings

Jeff Green , PF/C BKN ($4,800)

He’s too expensive on FanDuel for my blood, but this price on DraftKings is super cheap. He’es put up 24+ DKP in four straight and has topped 32 in three-of-four. Green has been playing big minutes and simply producing when on the floor. He’s scored in double-figures in four straight, has five or more rebounds in three straight and has three-plus assists in three-of-four. Kevin Durant has been ruled out and Green’s number will likely be called upon for heavy minutes again.

Dwayne Bacon , SG/SF ORL ($4,300)

The Magic’s wing players have been oft-injured, giving Bacon a chance to play a lot. Over his last five games, he’s averaged 30.1 minutes and that’s led to 13.4 PPG and 20.5 DKP/game. He’s looked really dialed in lately pouring in 24+ DKP in two-of-three and has shot 50% in two of those games as well. Memphis’ back court is exploitable for offenses.

Landry Shamet , SG BKN ($3,900)

Brooklyn just doesn’t have bodies. Everyone is hurt. Shamet has started the past few games and has seen 30 minutes in six-of-seven and the one he didn’t he played 29. Shamet put up 23+ DKP in two straight games and his price has actually dropped over that span. Attacking Portland at the guard spot is one of the easiest things to do in NBA DFS.

FanDuel

Bobby Portis , PF MIL ($4,800)

Portis is coming off a really strong game on Thursday night and now gets a revenge spot against the Bulls. Giannis Antetokounmpo left Thursday’s game and did not return and could sit on Friday as well. Portis has posted a 22.4% USG and 1.16 FP/min averages without Antetokounmpo on the floor this year. Elite play if Antetokounmpo sits, tournaments only if he plays.

De’Anthony Melton, SG MEM ($4,300)

With Grayson Allen expected to be out of the lineup, Melton should slot in as one of the premier value options of the slate. It’s a tournament play only, but Melton has tremendous upside as we’ve seen on multiple occasions he has the ability to put up 40+ FP. He’s already been playing in the low-20’s when it comes to minutes and this is his break that could push him up near 30 considering the role Allen plays with the team. The Magic are DREADFUL against guards and Melton should be able to get wherever he wants offensively.

Rui Hachimura , SF WAS ($4,100)

Look, Hachimura is the clear cut number three option on this team when everyone is healthy, but this price tag is silly. He’s poured in 19.2 and 27.7 FDP since returning from injury. The kicker is that he’s averaged 30 minutes over that span. He gets a match-up against a CLE front-court that ranks 20th against power-forward according to DvP. Hachimura has 35-40 FDP upside in this match-up.
