Darius GarlandPGCLEBack31-JanDay To DayGarland is on the cusp of returning to action after dealing with a sore Back but if he needs more time off, Brandon Goodwin and Rajon Rondo will handle playmaking responsibilities for the Cavs.
Joe InglesSG/FUTATorn ACL30-JanOUT FOR THE SEASONIngles season is over after he tore his ACL and Royce O'Neale and Bojan Bogdanovic will get more shots and even Mike Conley should even see more time running the point with Jordan Clarkson down the stretch.
Marvin Bagley IIIPF/CSACAnkle29-JanDay To DayBagley continues to miss games with an injured Ankle and if he needs more games to recover, Chimezie Metu will certainly help back up Richaun Holmes.
Otto Porter Jr.FGSWBack29-JanDay To DayPorter could return in the Warriors next game as he hasn't been ruled out, but with the Warriors depth up front so light they may want to take it easy on Porter until he's 100 percent. Jonathan Kuminga will see more minutes if he can't return yet.
LaMarcus AldridgePF/CBKNAnkle29-JanMid to Late FebruaryWill Aldridge make it back on the court before the league's All-Star break? That's the big question and while he's out Blake Griffin will back up Nicolas Claxton in the post. Kessler Edwards will see more shots as well.
Bradley BealSG/SFWASWrist29-JanDay To DayBeal may need a few more games off but as of right now his Wrist injury isn't considered season-threatening and with the Wizards top scorer out, Kyle Kuzma and Spencer Dinwiddie will certainly be taking a lot more shots along with Kentavious Caldwell-Pope.
Kristaps PorzingisPF/CDALKnee29-JanDay To DayPorzingis hasn't played in February and with him out of the lineup, Luka Doncic will see even more usage and the secondary options become Jalen Brunson and Dorian Finney-Smith when it comes to their offensive production.
George HillGMILNeck28-JanMid to Late FebruaryWith Hill out, Donte DiVincenzo will see more time running the point behind Jrue Holiday and we won't likely see Hill return until the end of the month.

Jalen McDanielsF/CCHAAnkle21-JanDay To DayMcDaniels remains out and hasn't played since January 21st. When healthy, he normally plays more when some of the starting forwards are out for Charlotte and with a healthy Kelly Oubre Jr. and PJ Washington, McDaniels ceiling is lowered.
Andre IguodalaSG/SFGSWHip20-JanNo TimetableWe don't know when we'll see Iguodala back on the court again and with Draymond Green and Otto Porter Jr. banged up, Jonathan Kuminga will see more action on the floor along with Nemanja Bjelica (when healthy).
R.J. HamptonGORLKnee19-JanNo TimetableWith Hampton out for a while with a badly sprained Knee, Gary Harris and Jalen Suggs will benefit. Suggs will see more shots instead of setting up Cole Anthony more and Harris should see more minutes as well.

Cameron PayneGPHXWrist22-JanDay To DayPayne being hurt should give Elfrid Payton more run off the bench backing up Chris Paul. Devin Booker can always help run the point a bit as well throughout the game.
Lauri MarkkanenF/CCLEAnkle22-JanNo TimetableWith Markkanen out, expect Isaac Okoro to get more involved in the offense and Cedi Osman should see more looks. Expect Evan Mobley to stretch the floor more than he does and take a few more long-range shots per game.
Alex CarusoGCHIWrist21-JanMarchCaruso can't stay healthy as Grayson Allen contributed to a hard fall that Caruso took and he injured his Wrist. Coby White will continue to get serious burn until Caruso returns along with Ayo Dosunmu.

Domantas Sabonis will shift to C and Terry Taylor and Isaiah Jackson will provide relief.
Lonzo BallGCHIKnee14-JanMarchBall has a tear in his Knee and while he's out, Coby White will help run the point for the most part and we should expect DeMar DeRozan to bring up the ball a decent amount until Zach LaVine returns to action.
Derrick Jones Jr.SG/SFCHIKnee12-JanMid to Late FebruaryJones is another injured Bull and his minutes will be picked up by Ayo Dosunmu and Troy Brown Jr. We should see Jones return to action in another week or two.

Larry Nance Jr.PF/CPORKnee5-JanDay To DayNance should be close to returning to action but he hasn't been activated yet. Hopefully we get clarity in the next few days. Justise Winslow and Jusuf Nurkic will see more action in the post until Nance returns.
Shake MiltonGPHIBack3-JanNo TimetableWe don't know when Milton will return to action as his Back is still in a lot of pain and Furkan Korkmaz will benefit by seeing more SG minutes. Naturally, Tyrese Maxey will benefit by handling the rock even more and Danny Green should benefit.
Damian LillardPGPORAbs31-DecLate Feb./Early Mar.After having surgery on his Abdomin, expect a ton of usage for Anfernee Simons and C.J. McCollum when it comes to the Blazers offense. Paul GeorgeFLACElbow22-DecNo TimetableGeorge has a tear in his Elbow and with him out of action, Marcus Morris walks into a lot of shots and wings such as Terance Mann, Norman Powell and Luke Kennard will see an uptick in shots. We'll know what we're dealing with in regards to George in the next couple weeks when he gets the elbow re-examined.
Malcolm BrogdonPGINDAchilles21-DecDay To DayBrogdon could potentially return in the next couple of games after drawing a recent "questionable" tag. He can't shake the soreness in his Achilles and with T.J. McConnell already sidelined, Chris Duarte and Keifer Sykes will have to help bring up the ball until he returns. .
Derrick RoseGNYKAnkle16-DecLate Feb./Early Mar.With Rose out of action for a while, Alec Burks, Kemba Walker and Immanuel Quickley will help fill the void after the former NBA MVP had Ankle surgery. We'll see him return to action in the last week in February (hopefully).
Kira Lewis Jr.PGNOPTorn ACL8-DecOUT FOR THE SEASONWith Lewis out for the rest of the season, Devonte' Graham should see a few more ticks and the pelicans can look to Nickeil Alexander-Walker and Garrett Temple to help run the point. Brandon Ingram could help as well.
T.J. McConnellGINDWrist1-DecNo TimetableMalcolm Brogdon logs a lot of minutes and we may not see McConnell return until late in the season and Chris Duarte and Jeremy Lamb will see more minutes behind him.
PJ DozierGDENTorn ACL23-NovOUT FOR THE SEASONWith Dozier done for the year, his 19 minutes per game will be made up by Monte Morris and Bones Hyland. Facundo Campazzo indirectly benefits as the Nuggets mid-court continues to hurt.

Markieff MorrisPF/CMIANeck8-NovNo TimetableWith Morris still feeling the effects of the Nikola Jokic shove to the ground from behind, Dewayne Dedmon will be the Heat's source of size in the paint behind Bam Adebayo. New reports indicate that the Heat's medical team is being overly cautious regarding activating Morris.
Collin SextonGCLEKnee7-NovOUT FOR THE SEASONDarius Garland becomes the prioritized scorer and he'll get even more time with the ball with Sexton out after Sexton had Knee surgery. Cedi Osman and Isaac Okoro will help fill the void and both will play reserve minutes behind Lauri Markkanen (when healthy).
Michael Porter Jr.FDENBack6-NovOUT FOR THE SEASONPorter won't be returning this season after having Spinal surgery. Will Barton will continue picking up the slack and Aaron Gordon certainly benefits and we should see him picking up shots. Jeff and JaMychal Green pick up more playing time filling in at PF.
Patrick WilliamsFCHIWrist28-OctOUT FOR THE SEASONThe Bulls one area that they don't have a lot of is frontcourt depth and with Williams season over after this bad Wrist injury, Javonte Green will see more playing time and opens up the rotation for DeMar DeRozan to play PF.
Brook LopezCMILBack19-OctNo TimetableLopez had surgery on his Back and we don't know when or if we'll see him take the court this season.   Bobby Portis will be Lopez' main fill-in until he returns to action.
Zion WilliamsonPFNOPFootPre-SeasonMid To Late FebruaryWilliamson's rehab had to taken down a few notches because his Foot is experiencing a lot of pain and he's having trouble putting full pressure on it. Brandon Ingram, Jonas Valanciunas, WIlly Hernangomez and Herbert Jones will benefit until he's ready.
Kawhi LeonardSG/SFLACTorn ACLPre-SeasonNo TimetableLeonard is one of the biggest question marks heading into the season and we may not see him play at all this year. With Leonard out, Nicolas Batum, Norman Powell, Robert Covington and Terance Mann will get more time in the Clippers rotation.
Jamal MurrayGDENTorn ACLPre-SeasonNo TimetableWith Murray recovering from a Torn ACL, Monte Morris and Facundo Campazzo will help run the point. Even Will Barton will get some time to handle the rock.
Victor OladipoSG/SFMIAQuadPre-SeasonNo TimetableOladipo is another player who we may not see until March or April and he's very fragile and another player that is a waste of an INJ spot because he may not play. Tyler Herro and Duncan Robinson both benefit with him out.
Jonathan IsaacFORLTorn ACLPre-SeasonNo TimetableIsaac is very fragile and we don't know when we'll see him make his season debut. Wendell Carter Jr. has been filling in at PF and Franz Wagner has done a good job providing offense at SF.
Markelle FultzGORLTorn ACLPre-SeasonNo TimetableFultz is going to continue rehabbing in the G-League which is a positive sign regarding his health, but we still don't know when we'll see him play. Terrence Ross and R.J. Hampton will help Cole Anthony run the point.
T.J. WarrenFINDFootPre-SeasonNo TimetableWe don't know when we'll see Warren back on the court and until he's ready to roll Caris LeVert, Justin Holiday and Oshae Brissett will see more playing time. Some think he'll be back before January and others think the Pacers will proceed with caution keeping Warren out through January.
James WisemanCGSWKneePre-SeasonNo TimetableWiseman had another Knee procedure in December and that leaves him sidelined for an unknown amount of time.
