The main slate on Yahoo DFS today is scheduled to have 14 games with a bevy of pitchers that will cost a pretty penny. However, we are going to attack a struggling offense over the last couple of weeks, and look to a great value pitcher on the slate. Houston's Yordan Alvarez is in a smash spot today as he's on the road against a right-hander that struggles with left-handed hitters. Alvarez has multi-homer upside, and should be the focal point of a popular MLB DFS stack this afternoon. Juan Soto has hit three home runs in the past two days, and he makes for an attractive play in what should be a high scoring game at Great American Ball Park. Lastly, we look to José Abreu who is in the midst of a hot streak, and finds himself on the better side of his splits. There is some weather in and around various ballparks today, so make sure to check the weather center for updates, and use our daily projections to round out your MLB DFS lineups with our highest projected players for today's baseball action. Here are my favorite DFS plays for the main slate on Yahoo Fantasy for Sunday, June 5.
