We have 8 games for the Thursday slate. It is headlined by Clayton Kershaw. The rest of the pitching options all have some warts on them but we will hope to continue the run the playbook has been on. It is impossible to predict the 20 strikeout game we saw last night but we are just looking for solid production across the entire lineup. The value plays will be important with the high price tag of Kershaw.
The best value plays seem to be in the outfield and a quality lineup will likely need mutliple guys near minimum price for a solid lineup construction. It wil be interesting to see if the Red Sox can continue the insane production they have given. Boston has scored 40 runs over the last 3 games. The Cardinals will provide some nice value against another bad Angel's pitcher. The game in Baltimore will be a nice target but the bats are expensive.
