The month of May has been like a fairytale that we don't ever want to see end. Thankfully, we are barely half way through the month that seems to get better with each passing day. As those of you who are Playbook PRO subscribers know already, we've been on fire over the past four weeks over on Fantasy Aces with our Optimal Lineups once against competing against each other for BOTH of their Survivor Tournaments this evening. The Draft Kings cash game lineups have been shredding to the tune of a 71% cash rate (12-17) in May and two nights ago our Optimal FanDuel GPP lineup not only won us a seat to the FanDuel Playboy Championship, but also won our users over $23,000 verified by screen shots sent in to us.
I brag about these successes today because as most of you know, DFS is a roller coaster ride. There will be ups, downs, twists and turns but if you go into it knowing this and with a plan for salvation you will always come out alive on the other side. Often much more fulfilled than you did before you got on. These days are fun and I am hoping that tonight's recipe will make it even more exciting for all of us playing DFS MLB.
First of all, I did not run the numbers for the early games today. Thus, the Playbook, Rankings and Optimal Lineups will NOT have players in there from the early games. All of the big money contests and qualifiers acorss the industry today are in the evening slate and thus that is where my attention is at. For those of you playing the early games the two pitchers that I like are Steven Wright and Rich Hill. I would also take mini stacks made up of the A's right handers, top of the Red Sox lineu, any of the first six Tigers and something around Giancarlo Stanton. Those are my loosely made suggestions for the early games PLEASE only play those at your own risk.
The good news about the night slate is that we get an extra game thanks to the Red Sox/Royals double header and there are no obvious weather concerns. Obviously you still should check back to our lineups page and make sure there are no pop up storms in or around any of the games that you are building lineups around tonight.
