We have a full slate of baseball on Tuesday night. The pitching choices are one of the weakest we will likely see all season when 15 games are on the menu. The top choices are not bad but I don't exactly love all of them. They could very well have solid games but you would like a little more security in the top end choices.
The good news about the weak pitching means that we will have a ton of hitters to choose from. It seems like every position has a ton of quality guys to choose from. The key will be finding the best production for some bats that have some high price tags.
There are some dirt cheap pitching options that carry high risk but will give the ability to use any hitters you want in tournaments.
The Midwest appears to be in good shape from a weather standpoint but we will need to keep an eye on the east coast weather with a potential weather issues. Overall though I think things will work out just fine.
The Mets and Pirates have scheduled a double header for Tuesday but still trying to sort out how that will work out. Jacob Degrom and Juan Nicasio could be the eligible pitchers instead of Steven Matz and Jonathan Niese. I will update when more clarity is given. DeGrom and left handed bats will be in play if the starting pitchers change.
** Update** The Mets and Pirates won't be available on Drafktings. The 2nd game of the double header is in play on FanDuel and Fantasy Aces with DeGrom and Nicasio starting.
