Our DFS MLB Playbooks are going to encompass the full slate of games each day in order to make it easier to track and less confusing for our readers. Today we have four early games in which two of the worst offenses in MLB in Philadelphia and San Diego are a part of. I am not playing the early only slate on any site today. I will be dabbling in the all day slates on all three sites and will have Optimal Lineups posted for our Playbook PRO subscribers.
The only significant weather concern today is in Cincinnati where the Pirates and Red will do battle. It will be raining in Cincinnati for a couple hours before the game with a 50% chance for showers during the contest. Pay close attention here becaue this one could get called early so that fans don't have to travel to the stadium. If the game does start though it should have enough of a window to get played in full. Take advantage of the 20+ MPH winds blowing out to right field if it does go.
Today we have a nice mix of obvious great plays like Jacob deGrom against the Phillies, Yasiel Puig against Matt Cain and basically everybody at Coors Field. If you are playing tournaments tonight you are going to have to find the right blend of Coors Field guys along with premium plays at other positions. To do this you will need some high upside value plays. Players that may help you out in that respect are Carlos Santana, David Peralta and Chase Utley. Feel free to hit me up on Twitter with any questions you may have about today's games and contests.
