Baseball is back and my what a glorious thing that is. I have to admit that spending an extra six hours a day now pouring over these MLB stats isn't as fun as it seemed just a few days ago but the end result of winning serious money playing daily fantasy baseball makes it all worth while. If you are new to the DFS MLB Playboolk here at Fantasy Alarm...welcome. I am Jeff Mans, a long time fantasy sports players (27 years to be exact) and I am the host of the afternoon show on SiriusXM appropriately called "The Fantasy Alarm Show." I've been playing DFS for going on six years and really hit my stride about three years ago. Last year my winnings totaled well over a half of a million dollars and about 90% of those lineups and 100% of that information was posted on these very pages.

First of all, you have to watch out for the weather in New York (Astros & Yankees) as well as in Baltimore (Twins & Orioles). There is heavy rain likely in both spots so tread lightly when using any of those players in your lineup. I have a couple options listed for you but that is only in case the weather clears up in time. The Red Sox and Indians will be playing in considerable cold with the temperature expected to be around 30 degrees at game time.grein
If you're looking for a value pitcher today you just aren't going to find it. Well, you will try and make a case for someone who sucks despite a wealth of talent on the board here on Opening Day. First rule of DFS MLB is let the game come to you. The game gives you Kershaw, Bumgarner and Scherzer, you take them happily. The real test will be which great hitters to fade as Harper, Goldschmidt, Donaldson and Posey are all in great spots today. You might be able to fit two of them in with a stud arm but that will take some deep thinking on your part to come up with value in other places. Or you could just look below and find what you need.
