We've got an intersting slate on our hands today. It's a full slate as usual on a Tuesday, and we've got plenty of top-notch pitching options in action today, though some of them have tough matchups. That could present an opportunity to roster some studs with ownership rates that are lower than normal. We've also got a game in Coors, which always has to be considered, though Gerrit Cole pitching in that game somewhat cuts the hitting options to consider in half.
Weather could be a factor today with the game in Texas in serious danger of rain, and the game in New York and the Coors game with a chance of rain as well. Keep an eye on the forecast later in the afternoon.
Optimal lineups will be posted later in the afternoon once all (or at least most of) the lineups for the games not on the West Coast have been posted. Please keep in mind that some players may show up in the Optimals that were not discussed here in the Playbook. Value plays often don't make themselves evident until lineups are posted.
