A few important notes.  Fantasy Aces and Draftkings is not offering the early game of the day between Philadelphia and Cincinnati.  Fantasy Aces also does have the Boston and Cleveland game as well.  The schedule is a bit unusual so please pay attention to the start times of each site.

John Lackey holds right handed hitters to a .269 wOBA and the Diamondbacks feature a heavy right handed line-up.  Arizona does have a few guys who have been hot lately but a most of them have historically struggled vs. right handed pitching.  The Cubs should also hit Rubby De La Rosa hard so Lackey should get plenty of run support.

Danny Salazar has by far the most strikeout upside of any pitcher on the slate.  The Boston bats have not been bothered by the cold weather so far this season but expect Salazar to get the Indians pitching staff on track.  Salazar has the best xFIP at 3.45 from 2015 of any pitcher on the slate as well.

Nathan Eovaldi showed some nice improvement last year in his first season in New York.  He limits right handed hitters to a .290 wOBA which is where the far more dangerous side for the best Houston hitters.  The Astros also have provide plenty of strikeout potential as well.  I normally avoid pitchers in Yankee Stadium but with a short slate and Eovaldi's ability to limit HR's he maybe worth the risk.

Ubaldo Jimenez has a solid history his limited work against Minnesota.  He has recorded 22 K's with the Twins just 13 for 61 against him.  The biggest key for Jimenez is to limit is walks.  Baltimore should have field day with the fly ball happy Phil Hughes in Camden Yards so the run support should be there.

Derek Holland takes on a Los Angeles line-up that has struggled early on this season.  If Mike Trout and Albert Pujols can be navigated, there is really very few threats left.  Holland is a bit overpriced but this slate is an extremely weak crop of pitchers.  Holland threw 5 shutout inning with 7 K's in his last spring training start.

Alex Wood is worth a look as a second pitcher on two pitcher sites.  He is extremely affordable on Draftkings.  Wood limits left handed hitters to .228 wOBA and with the Giants likely to have at least 3 lefty bats in the lineup.  The ballpark should be helpful as well.

Robert Stephenson is only avaialable on FanDuel with the early start.  Talented youngster with big strikeout potential at over 9 K's per 9 innings in the minors.  He does however struggle with control.  Stephenson is almost minimum price so you can load up with any bat you want if you want to take a chance in a GPP.
