Juuse Saros allowed four goals on 37 shots in Sunday's 4-3 loss to the Arizona Coyotes.

The Predators went with Saros instead of Pekka Rinne in Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Qualifiers. That ended Rinne's streak of 89 consecutive playoff starts and may have signalled a changing of the guard. However, it didn't go well for Saros early when he was beaten by a point shot 7:59 into the contest that deflected off two of his teammates. The Coyotes scored another two markers in the first period to take a 3-0 lead. The Predators fought back and Saros settled down afterward, but a shorthanded goal by Michael Grabner in the second stanza held up as the game winner. It will be interesting to see if the Predators go back to Saros for Game 2 on Tuesday or if the team turns to Rinne.  Yesterday 4:42 pm (EST)
