His big-play efficiency as a rookie is the most exciting part of his profile, and McDaniel's track record of getting creative with tight end usage bodes well for a Year 2 step forward. He is a sleeper candidate worth a late-round pick with real upside if Justin Herbert stays healthy behind an improved offensive line.
