2026 Fantasy Football Player Profile
2025 Season Recap
Drake Maye was the best story in fantasy football in 2025. In just his second NFL season, he led the league in completion percentage (72.0%), yards per attempt (8.9), and passer rating (113.5). He went 14-3, threw for 31 touchdowns, rushed for 450 yards and four more scores, and took the Patriots to the Super Bowl. He finished as the overall QB2 in fantasy football and came within five MVP voting points of Stafford. The kid is the real deal.
2026 Fantasy Outlook
This is the buy of the offseason at quarterback. Maye enters Year 3 and lands around QB5 in consensus ADP, but most serious analysts have him ranked QB3 or better. The A.J. Brown trade from Philadelphia is a game-changer. Brown is exactly the type of big-bodied, contested-catch receiver that Maye has been missing, and the two of them are built for each other schematically. Add Romeo Doubs as the WR2 and this receiving corps is suddenly legitimate. His Week 14 bye drags him down in some aggregate ADPs, but do not let that fool you. If you can get Maye at his current price, you are likely getting a top-three quarterback at a discount. This is one of the cleaner values on the entire board.
