Kyler Murray

2025 Season Recap
Kyler Murray's 2025 season with Arizona was a whole mess. A foot injury limited him to just five appearances, where he threw for 962 yards with 6 touchdowns, before the Cardinals eventually held him out to protect his trade value. He never really got going. But zoom out a bit and remember that in 2024, when he played a full season, he rushed for 572 yards and five touchdowns and was a functional fantasy starter. That version of Kyler is still in there.
2026 Fantasy Outlook
Murray signed with Minnesota to start, and the Vikings have what Arizona never gave him: Justin Jefferson. That alone changes the calculus significantly. JJ as his top target is a massive upgrade, and if Murray can stay healthy for all 17 games in Kevin O'Connell's offense, a top-10 QB finish is achievable. The catch is that Minnesota has historically been one of the most under-center, low-shotgun offenses in the league, and Murray thrives in spread formations. If the scheme adjusts to fit him, this could be special. If it does not, his ceiling is compressed. He is the consensus QB17 and is worth the risk in the tenth round for managers who believe in his dual-threat floor.
