2023 Player Outlook
The converted wide receiver solidified his spot as the Saints' starting tight end in 2022, leading the team in receiving touchdowns, finishing second in yards, and third in targets. They rewarded him this off-season with a two-year contract and a quarterback upgrade. We expect Chris Olave to be the top dog in that offense in 2023 and we also expect Alvin Kamara to receive some type of suspension so Johnson will do battle with the likes of Michael Thomas and Rashid Shaheed for targets.
