The Magic were eliminated from the playoffs on Saturday, despite Nikola Vucevic's 22 points, 15 rebounds, five assists, three 3-pointers and one steal in 40 minutes.
Aaron Gordon (left hamstring) was out again and the Magic simply couldn't sustain their momentum after an upset win in Game 1. Vucevic was fantastic in the postseason despite facing the league's toughest defense, averaging 28.0 points on 51.4% shooting, 11.0 boards, 4.0 assists, 0.8 steals and 0.7 blocks. A major factor in his success, and something fantasy owners should remember, is that he was lights-out from deep. He made 3.8 triples per game on 44.1% shooting beyond the arc, and his 8.5 attempts per game were tied for seventh-most in the postseason. He's in his prime and has a guaranteed deal that runs through 2022-23, so there's no reason he can't duplicate this production next season. Aug 29 6:48 pm (EST)
