James Harden recently went through a personal boot camp in Phoenix with athletic trainer Justin Allen, focused on "high-intensity sessions" including two and three-a-day workouts.
Harden has been hitting the weight room, doing yoga and Pilates, going through drills typically reserved for NFL running backs, and working out on sand to make him fight harder. He hasn't developed into the All-Star he is by resting during his downtime, so it's no surprise he's pushing himself this hard during the NBA's hiatus. May 22 2:56 pm (EST)
