The story of all three games in Tuesday’s WNBA DFS slate is how teams are dealing with having players out or getting players back following long absences. Connecticut is still looking for its first win without Jonquel Jones after dropping two straight games to the Chicago Sky. The Sky remain unbeaten with Candace Parker in the lineup, though Courtney Vandersloot has been their best player since Parker returned. Parker and Stefanie Dolson will look to bounce back against the Liberty, whose interior defense has been dreadful since Natasha Howard went out with a knee injury. The Liberty do have Sabrina Ionescu, though she has struggled off the bench in two games since returning from an ankle injury. Ionescu has shot better than 33 percent from the field just twice all season, and it will be interesting to see if she regains her starting spot anytime soon.

In the last game of the slate, the Mystics will try to beat the best team in the league with just six or seven players. Natasha Cloud played just 13 minutes Saturday, while five of her teammates played 31+ minutes. Shavonte Zellous was the only other Mystics player to take the court, and with Cloud out for this game, Stella Johnson will likely have to join the fray. Despite all of the injury replacements, there are not many obvious values on the slate, nor are there many high-priced options we definitely want to play. With that in mind, it could be a good day for a balanced roster, especially in cash lineups.

Leilani MitchellWASSEA610012.67460012.19
Mitchell is averaging 33 minutes in her last two games, and she will almost certainly continue to play heavy minutes with Natasha Cloud out. Mitchell has shot the ball terribly this season, but she is still averaging 21.6 fantasy points over her last two games. She is a solid cash play, but I don't know if I'm brave enough to play her in tournaments.
Kaila CharlesCONDAL550010.93490010.72
Charles has at least 21 fantasy points in three straight games, and I do not understand why she remains so cheap on DraftKings.
Shavonte ZellousWASSEA42008.3834008.44
Zellous is shooting 11.1 percent from the field her last five games and if that continues, it won't matter how many minutes she plays. That being said, she could easily play 20-25 minutes with Natasha Cloud out. Zellous is risky, and Washington should probably try to get Stella Johnson some more minutes, but Zellous has a chance to be a fantastic punt play.
Jewell LoydSEAWAS930033.46670032.40
Loyd has at least 28 fantasy points in seven of her last eight games, and I fully expect her to reach that mark against a depleted Washington backcourt. Ariel Atkins will almost certainly cover Breanna Stewart, which should leave Loyd free to attack Leilani Mitchell or Sydney Wiese off the dribble.
Allisha GrayDALCON660020.84500021.59
I am a bit concerned that Gray's recent bounceback was mostly due to playing against Minnesota. That being said, she averaged 19.5 fantasy points in two games against the Lynx despite shooting 31.6 percent from the field. I think Gray has a higher ceilling than Leilani Mitchell, but I would be lying if I said I fully trusted her.

Courtney VanderslootCHINY1030034.36790033.99
Vandersloot has three consecutive double-doubles, and she has at least 39.5 fantasy points in four of five games since Candace Parker returned. New York only has one good defender and she will likely match up with Diamond DeShields

Tina CharlesWASSEA1100041.89880040.66
Charles scored 30 points on 30 field goal attempts against Indiana Saturday. Seattle's defense is better than Indiana's, and there is a good chance Charles sits most of the fourth quarter in a blowout. That being said, Charles is going to have to take a ton of shots, and Seattle's post defense is not as good as it has been in recent years. This slate is not particularly top-heavy, which makes it even more likely I will fit Charles in most of my lineups.
Candace ParkerCHINY1000030.67780029.35
Parker managed just 19.5 fantasy poitns Saturday and her price went up $400 on DraftKings. That is not ideal but the matchup is. New York is 11th in fantasy poitns allowed to forwards and they do not have anyone who can defend Candace Parker with Natasha Howard out. I think I would rather pay up for Tina Charles or Breanna Stewart, but Parker is a fine alternative if you need to save some money.
Theresa PlaisanceWASSEA800017.46610017.62
She has played at least 33 minutes and scored 41 fantasy points in each of her last two games. Seattle is 10th in opponents' rebounds this season, and Plaisance has an excellent shot at another double-double Tuesday.
Stefanie DolsonCHINY770016.25510015.96
I like her better in tournaments, but I could talk myself into playing Dolson in cash lineups. She struggled against Connecticut the last two games but averaged 24.8 fantasy points in the three games before that. No team has allowed more fantasy points to centers than New York, and Dolson Should dominate in the paint. Only the Sparks have allowed more rebounds than the Liberty this season.
Emma CannonCONDAL39008.5836007.80
Cannon hasn't exactly knocked the door down with Jonquel Jones out, but she does have at least 11 minutes in three straight games, with at least 12 fantasy points in her last two. Dallas is 10th in fantasy points allowed to forwards, making Cannon the best punt play on the slate.
