The WNBA had so much fun on my birthday, they decided to run it back. Chicago takes on Dallas and Los Angeles hosts Las Vegas in rematches of Wednesday’s games. The schedule makers got crazy with the third game, as Atlanta and Seattle haven’t faced each other in three weeks.

The temptation with the rematches is to think these games will largely play out how they did on Wednesday, but we know from experience that is rarely the case. I have plenty of players in my playbook who had good games Wednesday but I would try to resist the urge to use too many of those players.

Guards

Chennedy CarterATLSEA820024.78650024.81
Carter is averaging 24.6 fantasy points since returning from an elbow injury and has played at least 33 minutes in each of her last two games. She should get similar minutes again Friday with Tiffany Hayes out, making her a safe play despite the tough matchup.
Kelsey PlumLVLA830023.75590022.96
Plum's price went up after she had 28 fantasy points in 26 minutes against Los Angeles Wednesday, her fifth straight game with at least 24.25 fantasy points. Plum only shot 36.4 percent in that game, and she could be a nice GPP play if she makes a few threes.
Kahleah CopperCHIDAL780024.62560024.07
Diamond DeShields may be the better value, but Copper appears to be safer and she isn't that much more expensive.
Courtney VanderslootCHIDAL1020033.94760033.66
I don't necessarily love paying up for the top guard and the top forward, but I'm willing to do it in this slate. Vandersloot had a double-double against Dallas Wednesday, giving her five in her last seven games. She has at least 31 fantasy points in seven of her last nine games with at least 39.5 fantasy points in in five of those.
Te'a CooperLALV760017.45570017.19
Cooper has played at least 25 minutes and scored at least 25.75 fantasy points in three straight games despite shooting 4-14 from the field Wednesday. With Kristi Toliver out again, Cooper is safe but also has a solid ceiling if she makes some shots.

Katie Lou SamuelsonSEAATL560014.04400013.51
Samuelson played a season-high 32 minutes against Las Vegas Sunday and even if that was aided by overtime, it was still encouraging. She averaged 19.0 fantasy points in two games against Atlanta in June and at her price, I will be content if she just matches that production.

Monique BillingsATLSEA640019.21530020.40
Billings has played at least 21 minutes in each of her last two games, and that will likely continue with Tiffany Hayes out again. Billings is a solid cash play, especially on DraftKings.
Cheyenne ParkerATLSEA840020.42570021.22
Parker has been consistent enough to be playable on DraftKings, which makes her an excellent value on FanDuel. She has at least 21.25 fantasy points in three straight games, making her arguably the safest mid-priced forward on the slate.
Breanna StewartSEAATL1240045.36950045.58
Stewart is the only player on the slate averaging more than Aj'a Wilson's 38.6 fppg, and Stewart has topped 40 fantasy points in five straight games. Stewart averaged 38.8 fantasy points in two games against Atlanta last month and while I'll be slightly disappointed if that's all we get Friday, it will still make her a good cash play.
Ruthy HebardCHIDAL680021.71490022.51
Hebard would need another absence from one of Chicago's frontcourt starters to really max out her minutes and production, but she has at least 20 fantasy points in four of her last five games coming off the bench. I would try to pay for a higher ceilling if I could, but Hebard offers a high floor.
Amanda Zahui BLALV940024.52600024.62
No team has allowed more fantasy points to forwards than Las Vegas, and Amanda Zahui B had 41.75 fantasy points on 9-20 shooting against the Aces on Wednesday. Zahui B is riskier than the other top forwards on the slate but she is cheaper than those other forwards and her ceilling is nearly as high.

Lauren CoxLALV41006.3141006.70
I have been waiting all season for Cox to get some playing time and finally live up to her status as the third pick in the 2020 WNBA Draft. After the Fever mercifully waived her last week Cox immediately played 19 minutes for her new team, scoring a season-high 17.75 fantasy points. She may play less if L.A. keeps it close, but the Aces allow the most fantasy points to forwards and Cox is the best value forward on the slate by far.
Candace ParkerCHIDAL990031.38790029.70
I especially like Parker on DraftKings, where she is only slightly more expensive than Amanda Zahui B but much safer for fantasy.
