UFC 332 DFS Picks & Lineups: Silva vs. Wang Cheat Sheet, 10/3
UFC 332: Silva vs. Wang. UFC 332 brings championship gold to the Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, as a new chapter dawns for the women's flyweight division. Following an unexpected injury that forced Valentina Shevchenko to vacate her title and end her second reign, the 125-pound throne is officially up for grabs. Surging contenders Natalia Silva and Wang Cong have answered the call, setting the stage for a high-stakes main event between two of the division's most dangerous and precise strikers. Both women are looking to capitalize on the opportunity of a lifetime and establish themselves as the new undisputed champion. The main card airs live on CBS and Paramount+.

MMA DFS Playbook for UFC 332: Silva vs. Wang
Main Event | |||||
Fighter(s) | Price | Opponent | Risk | Odds | ITD |
Natalia Silva vs Wang Cong | 8700/7500 | - | Stackability: Low | -225/ 175 | 275.0/600.0 |
It's disappointing that Valentina Shevchenko was hurt in training and had to give up her 125lb title, but these two women are well-deserving. Silva is a crisp striker and can mix in some takedowns as needed. Cong has a win over Valentina in kickboxing, but she did struggle in one of her early UFC fights, so she can be beat. Silva looks to have the advantage the longer that the fight goes, and in a fight that is likely going to decision, I'll take the fighter with the better cardio. Both women are playable on DraftKings, but I won't be stacking this fight in tournaments.
Expensive Fighters
Expensive | |||||
Fighter(s) | Price | Opponent | Risk | Odds | ITD |
Jacobe Smith | 9800 | Bruce Whitehead | Somewhat-Safe | -1000 | -800. |
Smith has a ton of power, great wrestling, and is facing a short-notice replacement. The matchup doesn't get any better for Smith.
Payton Talbott | 9600 | Deiveson Figueiredo | Somewhat-Safe | -649 | -138. |
Talbott at his best can outscore the entire field even in a decision. Talbott's wrestling is much improved, so he should be able to keep it standing. He has a ton of reach over Deiveson and a speed advantage as well; he should be able to dictate this fight and dominate.
Damian Pinas | 9400 | Andrey Pulyaev | Somewhat-Safe | -549 | -225. |
Pinas has the death touch, but he goes against a dangerous counterpuncher here. He likely gets the early finish with a highlight-reel KO.
Anthony Wint | 9300 | Lucas Armand | Moderate | -549 | -333. |
Wint is going to shoot a bunch of takedowns and has great finishing power. He is a former NFL player and has crazy athletic abilities. Even in a decision win, he can score 100+ points.
Roberto Soldic | 9200 | Khaos Williams | Moderate | -275 | -188.0 |
Soldic has been a hyped up fighter outside of the UFC for years, and he makes his debut here. Khaos is going to try to stand and trade shots with Soldic, so one of these men is going to score well when this fight ends in a KO. I think he is a tier below the other guys in this price range, but he is still a good play.
Mid-Range Fighters
Mid-Range | |||||
Fighter(s) | Price | Opponent | Risk | Odds | ITD |
Marcus McGhee | 8500 | Anthony Romero | Moderate | -450 | #N/A |
McGhee is getting a short-notice replacement in Romero, so he comes in as a nearly -500 fighter at only $8500. McGhee's fighting style isn't great for DraftKings scoring, but he is such a big favorite that he needs to be played in some of your lineups just because of how often he wins this fight.
Johnny Walker | 8400 | Mick Parkin | Moderate | -138 | 175.0 |
This fight is probably going to be a finish, and whoever wins this probably makes the optimal lineup. He is $100 cheaper than McGhee, but if he wins, he can score just as well as McGhee does.
Ateba Gautier | 8800 | Roman Kopylov | Somewhat-Risky | -225 | -110. |
A little expensive for the "mid-range," but I wanted to bring him up because, on a normal week, a -225 fighter would be closer to $9100, and he is going to get a good matchup in Roman. He is a massive prospect with elite athleticism and power; he has as high a ceiling as anyone.
Alden Coria | 7600 | Imanol Rodriguez | Somewhat-Risky | 130 | 450.0 |
I'm back and forth on this matchup, but I think Coria has the wrestling upside. Rodriguez hits hard, but he has also been dropped in some of the fights that he has won. Coria is a decent enough striker, and if he can get a few takedowns, he has a shot to get the decision win.
Mick Parkin | 7800 | Johnny Walker | Somewhat-Risky | 110 | 175.0 |
Parkin can land enough strikes, and Walker has been chinny. This is going to be a tight fight until someone gets KO'd, and it looks like they should have been a -500 favorite.
Paydown Fighters
Pay-Downs | |||||
Fighter(s) | Price | Opponent | Risk | Odds | ITD |
King Green | 7300 | Esteban Ribovics | Somewhat-Risky | 175 | 500.0 |
Green has made a career of dominating fights against up-and-comers. He throws as much volume as Ribovics and can wrestle a little bit. Ribovics came in overweight on his first attempt too, so he looks to have had a tough weight cut for this short-notice opportunity.
Khaos Williams | 7000 | Roberto Soldic | Somewhat-Risky | 210 | 400.0 |
He has a reach and speed advantage but isn't as technical. I'm betting on him to win by KO at big odds, and if he does win this fight, he likely does it with a KO that puts him on the optimal lineup.
Rafael Dos Anjos | 7100 | Alexander Hernandez | Risky | 210
RDA is heading back to 155lbs for the first time in a while. He has better cardio, and although he is much older than Hernandez, he has great fight IQ. 10 years ago, RDA would be -500 in this matchup, so let's hope he can turn back the clock for one night.
Roman Kopylov | 7400 | Ateba Gautier | Risky | 175 | 300.0 |
He's been working on his wrestling, so if he can get that working, maybe he can tire out Gautier. This is a tough striking matchup for him, but if he mixes up the styles and keeps Gautier guessing he has a chance.
Court McGee | 7200 | Eric Nolan | Risky
Court is another aging fighter. He is more durable than Nolan, but he is giving up a big speed and strength advantage.
Lucas Armand | 6900 | Anthony Wint | Risky | 350 | 500.0 |
Wint is a prospect who isn't as proven as some of the other big favorites. If any of the big fighters are going to make a mistake that leads to a quick finish, I think it'll be Wint. Armand has a 30lb advantage, and heavyweight is always very volatile.
