EPL DFS Playbook November 25: Top DraftKings and FanDuel DFS Soccer Picks
The Premier League is back following the International Break with a big five or six-game EPL DFS slate, depending on your site of choice. Only one of the top six teams in the table is in action, with Arsenal going on the road against 11th-placed Brentford. Most of the games on the slate look pretty close on paper, though last-place Burnley will likely struggle to be competitive even at home against West Ham. Many of these teams are struggling with a ton of injuries despite extra time to recover, and that could make a huge difference. I like a lot of the mid-priced players in this slate but if we get a few cheap starters once lineups are announced, I may have to find some more places to pay up.

| Goalkeepers | ||||||
| Player | Team | Opp. | DK $ | DK FPPG | FD $ | FD FPPG |
| Robert Sanchez | CHE | NEW | 4700 | 6.54 | 10 | 7.96 |
| Newcastle was awful against Bournemouth before the break and there is a good chance that continues so long as Alexander Isak and Callum Wilson are out. Chelsea has just one loss in its last five games. | ||||||
| Odysseas Vlachodimos | NFO | BHA | 4500 | 9.4 | 9 | 10.75 |
| Brighton is winless in its last six games, scoring exactly one goal in five of those games. Only three teams have allowed fewer goals at home than Nottingham Forest. At the very least, I like Vlachodimos for a few saves and only one goal allowed, but I think we're getting a decent chance at a win and a clean sheet at his price. | ||||||
| Alphonse Areola | WHU | BRN | 5300 | 6.7 | 13 | 7.96 |
| This isn't a great day to pay up for keepers, as the top tier options are all either on the road or facing Newcastle. That being said, Burnley has more losses than any team in the league and it would be quite surprising if they don't add to that total Saturday. No team has allowed more clean sheets than Burnley and with leading scorer Lyle Foster out, Areola looks like an excellent choice. | ||||||
| Forwards | ||||||
| Player | Team | Opp. | DK $ | DK FPPG | FD $ | FD FPPG |
| Anthony Elanga | NFO | BHA | 5500 | 7.86 | 14 | 12.94 |
| In four starts this season, Elanga has three goal involvements. He struggled againsit Liverpool and Aston Villa along with most of his teammates but I actually think Elanga is pretty safe despite his low price. | ||||||
| Dominic Solanke | BOU | SHU | 7900 | 11.29 | 20 | 21.03 |
| I wish he was a little bit safer but Solanke has 0.50 goals per 90 minutes and he faces a Sheffield United side that has allowed the most goals in the league. He is too cheap on DraftKings but I might pay for him on FanDuel as well. | ||||||
| Danny Ings | WHU | BRN | 6600 | -0.07 | 16 | 0.74 |
| If Jarrod Bowen's knee issue keeps him out of the starting lineup, whoever starts up top will be in a fantastic position against a terrible Burnley defense. My preference would probably be for Said Benrahma, especially since he is so cheap on FanDuel, but at least Ings is forward-eligible. It also doesn't hurt that Ings has four goals and an assist in eight career games against Burnley. | ||||||
| Bukayo Saka | ARS | BRE | 22 | 28.85 | ||
| I think Brentford is a good team but with five goals allowed in their last two games, they aren't good enough to scare us off of using Arsenal's attackers. Saka has at least 20 fantasy points in nine of his 11 games this season, and that is certainly worth paying up for. | ||||||
| Raheem Sterling | CHE | NEW | 7400 | 11.82 | 18 | 18.02 |
| Sterling probably doesn't offer the upside of Nicolas Jackson, but Sterling is safer and will probably be less-owned. I wouldn't try to talk anyone out of playing Jackson but I'll role with the guy who has been Chelsea's best attacker all season. | ||||||
| Midfielders | ||||||
| Player | Team | Opp. | DK $ | DK FPPG | FD $ | FD FPPG |
| Facundo Buonanotte | BHA | NFO | 4500 | 4.64 | 13 | 8.65 |
| Buonanotte remains relatively cheap despite picking up an assist his last time out. He has double-digit FD fantasy points in both of his starts this season despite playing 45 minutes in each. With Brighton's mounting injuries, I like Buonanotte's chances at playing a full game and providing nice fantasy value. | ||||||
| Morgan Gibbs-White | NFO | BHA | 7700 | 10.33 | 16 | 14.84 |
| Gibbs-White bounced back with 11 crosses at West Ham following two rough games against Aston Villa and Liverpool. I wish he had a better target for his crosses than Chris Wood, but against a depleted Brighton squad, Gibbs-White is as safe as they come. | ||||||
| Lewis Cook | BOU | SHU | 3800 | 5.78 | 11 | 12.13 |
| Cook returned from a three-game ban against Newcastle and finished with seven crosses and two chances created. Only two teams have allowed more corners than Sheffield United, and Cook leads Bournemouth in corners taken. | ||||||
| Michael Olise | CRY | LUT | 9800 | 7.46 | 16 | 6.60 |
| Olise had four crosses and two shots in 23 minutes off the bench against Everton. I am fine paying up for him on DraftKings, especially with all of the injuries at the top of the slate, but I think he is a must-play on FanDuel. | ||||||
| James Ward-Prowse | WHU | BRN | 9200 | 16.24 | 21 | 26.30 |
| There are some strong names in the top tier Saturday but they either have tough matchups, are dealing with injuries or are part of a crowded Crystal Palace attack. This seems like the perfect slate to just take the sure thing in James Ward-Prowse. It certainly doesn't hurt that he faces a Burnley squad that has struggled to defend set pieces all season. | ||||||
| Defenders | ||||||
| Player | Team | Opp. | DK $ | DK FPPG | FD $ | FD FPPG |
| Marc Guehi | CRY | LUT | 3200 | 5.28 | 13 | 16.15 |
| Guehi has double-digit FD fantasy points in seven consecutive games. Only four teams have allowed more clearances than Luton this season, making Guehi one of the safer defenders on the slate. | ||||||
| Ben Mee | BRE | ARS | 10 | 8.20 | ||
| Mee's numbers and price are skewed a bit by him playing just one minute off the bench against West Ham. He has long been one of the best center backs in the league for defensive stats, and I'm going to jump on the bandwagon now that he appears to be fully fit. | ||||||
| Fabian Schar | NEW | CHE | 4100 | 4.93 | 11 | 13.07 |
| Schar may not have the matchup or the ceiling of Marc Guehi, but Schar is cheaper and just as safe. Schar has at least 9.8 FD fantasy points in 11 of his 12 starts. | ||||||
| Reece James | CHE | NEW | 5800 | 8.08 | 13 | 12.26 |
| James is pretty cheap for someone with double-digit DK fantasy points in all three starts. He is much safer than the West Ham outside backs despite costing just a little bit more. | ||||||
| Harry Toffolo | NFO | BHA | 4700 | 8.08 | 13 | 17.48 |
| Toffolo has 11 crosses in four starts, averaging 10.3 DK fantasy points in those games. He is definitely safer than the defenders who cost less, though we could pivot to Ola Aina if we need to save some money. | ||||||
| Player | Team | Opp. | DK $ | DK FPPG | FD $ | FD FPPG |
| Adam Smith | BOU | SHU | 3200 | 1.38 | 8 | 3.30 |
| Smith had three crosses and a chance created in his only start of the season. If he starts Saturday in a fantastic matchup, he is my favorite value defender on the slate. | ||||||
