Welcome to my very first NHL DFS Playbook! Please be gentle with me… I’m hoping to offer some insight into how my mind operates when constructing NHL DFS lineup. On most slates I would have no issue playing Cash games on a five-game slate. This one is tricky though because there are so many different players you could spend up for and if you miss on the expensive options that do hit then you could be in trouble. But I’ll still cover my favorite plays below as well as my favorite stacks today as well…

Alexander Holtz isn't in our player pool yet but here are my thoughts on him…

We haven’t seen Holtz find the back of the net yet, but he’s dirt cheap and skating on the top line with Nico Hischier and Pavel Zacha. Plus he’s also getting time on the top power play. The Rangers will likely be going with Georgiev on Sunday and we’ve seen him allow 13 goals in his three starts this year. I’m not crazy about doing a NJ1 stack, but Holtz is so cheap that you can stack him with Hischier and Dougie Hamilton and you could feel decent about that trio. I also want to make note that I didn't add a NJ stack to the bottom of the article because Holtz isn't in the article but i do have a Hischier/Holtz/Hamilton stack… We'll call it Triple H.
