🔥 Colorado Avalanche vs. Vegas Golden Knights Prediction

I am just as shocked as anyone that the Golden Knights are on the verge of sweeping the best team in the NHL this season and not the other way around. Nothing has gone right for Colorado as they've faced injuries, cold streaks from important players and have been shooting against a brick wall that in Carter Hart. We do not know if Nathan MacKinnon or Valeri Nichushkin will play tonight either so let's get into what we do know. 

Carter Hart, as previously mentioned as been the MVP of this series. He ranks 3rd in goals saved above expected now behind just Jakub Dobes and Frederik Andersen. With his play the Avalanche offense has been held to just 6 total goals this series and without potentially MacKinnon on the ice its hard to see them scoring three plus goals this evening. On the flip side for Colorado I think we finally see MacKenzie Blackwood in the net tonight after Scott Wedgewood has been mediocre in the series with his .877 SV%. That should give the Avs a shot in the arm and I think it leads us into an under for tonight's game as it sits at 6.5 goals. 

In addition to the total I do like a player prop tonight and its on Nazem Kadri who could move up to the top line tonight. He has points in 8 of his last 10 games and in terms of production he has been in the top 3 of expected goals for the Avs in the opening three games. He has easily been the best center for Colorado in the series and they'll need him again tonight, give me him to record at least a point in tonight's matchup.
