🔥 Carolina Hurricanes vs. Vegas Golden Knights Game 4 Predictions

The common sense hockey game has gone out the window and insanity now reigns in this Stanley Cup Final! Through the opening three games we've seen the highest scoring Cup series in 50 years and we nearly had a four to zero comeback in the third period. I should also mention that Mitch Marner had a hat trick in that game as well. Now we move to Game 4 where the script continues in what has become one of the most entertaining series in NHL history. 

I am a full believer in momentum in sports, especially in hockey and what Carolina did to close out Game 3 has ripple effects. The Golden Knights now know that no lead is safe and they're going to play tighter knowing that even with all the success they've had. There's also the factor that Brandon Bussi came in and stopped 18 of 19 shots in relief of Frederik Andersen. A goalie switch can really invigorate a team and that's without the historic comeback they just had. If you haven't picked up on it yet, I really like Carolina to win tonight. They've played with and over the Golden Knights heads for stretches in this series and its only a matter of time before that starts to take effect on the scoreboard. 

On top of the Carolina narrative to win I am loving the play of Jordan Staal in this series. The Canes captain has been a man on a mission this series with a goal in every single game thus far and while that can be tough to keep counting on I see no reason he can't record a point. The odds of +145 are very attractive and he's been Carolina's best player this series, seems like a layup in my wagering ledger tonight.
