🔥Vegas Golden Knights vs Dallas Stars Prediction

The Vegas Golden Knights have lost three consecutive games, scoring only one goal during that stretch. To make things more difficult, Adin Hill is likely to start, but he has an .837 save percentage on the road. The Stars are exceptional when playing at home, and that's unlikely to change. They need to keep pace with Colorado if they want a chance at winning the division, so expect them to dominate the Golden Knights.

 

🔥New York Islanders vs Columbus Blue Jackets Prediction

This is a crucial game for both teams involved. The Islanders did themselves no favours last night, suffering a 7-3 defeat at the hands of the Montreal Canadiens. Head coach Patrick Roy pulled goaltender Ilya Sorokin midway through the third period to give him some rest in preparation for this game. On the other hand, Columbus has won four consecutive games and is actively pursuing a playoff spot in their division. We should expect both teams to come out strong, doing everything they can to limit scoring opportunities. An empty-net goal could spoil the game, but we remain committed to the Under.

🏅Goalie of the Day: Karel Vejmelka - UTA 

It is crucial that we select the right goalie for tonight's game. Karel Vejmelka is confirmed to start, and he has performed relatively well this season. Although his overall statistics aren't elite, he has accumulated 31 wins, 17 of which were on home ice. The Kings struggle to score goals, making this a favourable opportunity for Vejmelka and the Mammoth to excel and secure two points.

 

🏅Honourable Mention: Jey Greaves - CBJ

It's a short rest for both teams, but, as previously mentioned, this game is crucial for both sides, so they'll want to tighten their defences. Jet Greaves has a .911 save percentage on the road and has won five of his last six starts. The Blue Jackets have been performing exceptionally well since Rick Bowness took over, largely because of their focus on defensive detail. Getting Greaves at a discounted price on DraftKings is a great opportunity that could propel us to the top of the leaderboard.

 

🏅Skater of the Day: Nikita Kucherov - TBL

I spent 15 minutes looking for a reason to fade Nikita Kucherov, but I couldn't find one. The Lightning are finishing up their flawless four-game road trip, and Kucherov has taken over the league lead in points by racking up 12 over the past three games. He has surpassed 45 fantasy points on DraftKings twice in that same span. These are video game numbers! I would love to go against the popular choice, but if he performs as expected—which, let’s be honest, is likely—we’ll quickly fall too far behind to catch up. Therefore, I’m going to include him in all my lineups and watch him work his magic.

 

🏅Honourable Mention: Wyatt Johnston - DAL

Wyatt Johnston has had a spectacular season. He has played in 37 games, scoring points in 22 of those during power plays. At home, he has been particularly impressive, accumulating 44 points. With a healthy amount of ice time, he is well-positioned to create numerous high-quality scoring opportunities.

 

🏅Value Play of the Day: Mavrik Bourque - DAL

We need to focus on the Dallas Stars, and there are several ways to approach this. The top options are to invest in Jason Robertson or Johnston. However, if you're looking for a value pick, Mavrik Bourque is a solid choice. He’s currently skating on the top line and getting a good number of minutes. Although he hasn't scored in the last three games, he doesn't need to do much tonight to provide value.
