NHL Picks, Predictions & Best Bets Today, 11/29

 

Sabres vs. Wild Prediction 

The Buffalo Sabres may be improving but their game on the road leaves a lot to be desired. In 9 games this season they have lost 8 outright and the games haven't been close by any means. They are allowing 4.44 goals per game which is the most in the NHL meanwhile they are scoring just 2.67 goals per game. This means of course that they are losing by over a goal and a half a game so the odds of the Wild on the Money Line at just -140 are a bit perplexing. They have won 7 games straight and are playing some of their best hockey of the season so lock in the Wild Money Line tonight.

Today's NHL DFS Cheat Sheet & Stacks

Goalie of The Day - Darcy Kuemper - LAK

Kings have had an up and down season thus far but the goaltending is improving in a big way and the matchup against the Canucks is a great one. Kuemper has a 2.39 GAA and scores 11.9 DFS points per game on the year and although the goaltender in the cage is still unconfirmed the Kings situation is good. The Canucks score just 3.17 goals per game on the road and put up 24.7 shots per game as well. Kings defense at home is normally top notch as well so give me the Kings goalie in a game they should win.  

Player of The Day: Kirill Kaprizov - MIN

I wrote a lot about the issues with Buffalo in the best bets so you can check that out above, but that fact remains is that their defense is trash. They allow the 8th most DFS points to left wingers on the season and the Wild offense is playing their best hockey of the season led by of course Kaprizov who has scored 5 goals in the last 4 games. 

Value Play of The Day: Gabriel Vilardi - WPG

The Wild are in the best spot tonight but the Jets visiting Nashville is the close 2nd. Predators have lacked defense for several seasons now and this year they are allowing 3.63 goals per game the 4th most in hockey. Preds allow the 6th most DFS points per game to right wingers on the season and has 4 goals in the last 4 games. Under 6k this play is a lock for me.
