Its a jam packed Thursday night in the NHL as we have 14 games around the league! These slates are fantastic from a pure hockey standpoint but also for bettors as the lines and money are spread around by the public yielding better value for us! That is the theme for some of these picks and in today's article you will find a Puck Line, Money Line, and a pair of game totals that are ready to turn into winners! If you like the rationale then tail the picks, if you don't feel free to fade as sometimes the best bets are the ones not taken!

NHL Best Bets for November 30

Seattle Kraken at Toronto Maple Leafs

Its always interesting when the east meets the west as the games are uncommon but it gives us matchups we don't often see! Tonight the Kraken head to Toronto in what should be a higher scoring game with the Leafs talent on offense and their 3.3 goals per game. The Leafs are 9-9 to the over this season getting stuck in the mud with teams like Boston and Los Angeles but the Kraken aren't those teams as they allow 3.48 goals per game. It also appears that Philipp Grubauer will start for Seattle with his 3.42 GAA which is a big edge for the over tonight. This is the kind of game the Leafs score 5 or more goals and I have a good feeling this one ends up hitting the over tonight and at plus odds I might add!

Pick: Kraken & Maple Leafs Over 6.5 Goals (+100 on Caesars)

San Jose Sharks at Boston Bruins

Fair warning but this pick is EXTREMELY chalky but I have to throw some cash at it. The disparity between these two teams is just so great at I would pay over -200 for the line for the Bruins to cover the Puck Line tonight at home. The Bruins are one of the very best teams in the NHL right now, 7-1-1 on home ice and allowing just 2.29 goals per game. On the road side the Sharks haven't won an away game yet this season and are 0-9 against the spread as well. This game should be dominated by the Bruins from start to finish and although the lines are bloated, you got to take numbers you are given.

Pick: Boston Bruins Puck Line -1.5 (-175 on BetMGM)

Pick: San Jose Sharks Team Total Under 1.5 Goals (+110 on PointsBet) *Half Unit Play

New York Islanders at Carolina Hurricanes

Its a Metropolitan Division clash tonight as the Islanders and Hurricanes meet for the 2nd time already on the season. The first matchup was an uncharcterisic shootout that ended with 7 goals and I don't really see that happening again. The Islanders on the road this season average just 2.8 goals per game, one of the lowest totals in the league. The Hurricanes for their case on defense are strong too allowing just 2.75 goals per game on home ice, and while the goalie situation is always in flux for the Canes they have some solid backups. Due to that the Canes are 6-3 to the under at home this season and allow under 25 shots on goal per 60 minutes. The number could very well be 5.5 total goals closer to game time but right now its 6 and that's just too high.

Pick: Islanders & Hurricanes Under 6 Goals (-120 on BetMGM)

Chicago Blackhawks at Detroit Red Wings

Let's take a big swing here to help balance out the chalk of the Boston Bruins. The Blackhawks are young, fast and wildly inconsistent right now and that's normally why they are underdogs. The thing is though is that I like to fade teams playing back to back nights and the Red Wings just lost 24 hours ago to the Rangers and now play again. The offense has been slowing down lately too with Dylan Larkin out and that's the only thing keeping the Red Wings in games. A backup goaltender for Detroit as well makes things pretty even to me and with the huge plus money odds on the Blackhawks I will take them to win their 3rd of the last 4 games.

Pick: Chicago Blackhawks Money Line (+170 on Caesars) *Half Unit Play
