Welcome into NHL player prop central for the season on Underdog Fantasy! Player props are becoming one of the hottest growing things in hockey over the past few seasons and I have definitely taken notice as it adds yet another layer to a great game experience. Throughout this season you will find picks offered on the Underdog site that I find the most appealing as there are many to choose from so that's why I'm here to help you sift through the options.

For today's slate, we have 9 games on tap around the NHL and plenty of options for player props! I have highlighted a set of 3 props that I will be following tonight that includes 3 players around the league for the Arizona Coyotes, Pittsburgh Penguins and Vegas Golden Knights! Good luck to everyone on the props tonight, let's win some cheddar!

NHL Underdog Fantasy Top Picks October 30

Sean Durzi, Arizona Coyotes - HIGHER than 2.0 Shots On Goal

I won't lie a player prop on a defenseman is always an interesting choice but Durzi has been a cash cow this season. Underdog I think has realized this as his shots on goal prop held steady at 1.5 for weeks but now its an even 2! That still doesn't bother me much as a push is basically the worst case scenario as Durzi has failed to top this line in just 1 of 7 games so far this season. The Chicago Blackhawks also allow 34.13 shots per game the 6th most in the NHL so let's get some Durzi on the card for tonight.

Jake Guentzel, Pittsburgh Penguins - HIGHER than 4.5 Shots On Goal (1.75x)

We've got a pepper on this one in the Underdog Fantasy app as Guentzel to go higher than 4.5 shots is playing at 1.75x tonight and I love this spot for him. In the last 3 games the Penguins top line has been extremely productive and that has led to 20 total shots on net for Jake! I think he keeps things moving against the Anaheim Ducks tonight too as they allow 31 shots per game and 66.88 shot attempts per game. 5 shots is a big number to go and get but the value is right and so is the matchup.

Jack Eichel, Vegas Golden Knights - HIGHER than 3.5 Shots On Goal

The Vegas Golden Knights just continue to dominate games night in and night out and it will probably be much of the same tonight against the Montreal Canadiens. Jack Eichel is the centerpiece of this team and it shows as he is averaging 4.6 shots per game this season and has topped his line of 3.5 shots in 6 of 9 games thus far. As he tries to go higher again I expect the resistance to be minimal from the Montreal as they are allowing 36.5 shots on goal per game which is the 2nd highest rate in the NHL so let's fire up Jacky boy for tonight.
