Our top NHL player picks at Underdog Fantasy tonight feature Leon Draisaitl and Sidney Crosby. Enjoy these top hockey picks as you play NHL DFS contests or watch tonight's games.
NHL Underdog Fantasy Top Picks December 6
Leon Draisaitl, Edmonton Oilers - Higher than 2.5 Shots
The Oilers might have had a dreadful start, but they have quietly won the last four games. Leon Draisaitl has been a big reason for this with his four goals and three assists in the span. Carolina has been very good at limiting the chances, only allowing 24.9 shots per game, but Leon is no average player. He’s gone higher in three of his last four and will be out there looking to extend this win streak.
Sidney Crosby, Pittsburgh Penguins - HIGHER than 3.5 Shots
Sidney Crosby doesn’t age. I’m almost sure of it. Even at the age of 36, he’s registered 15 goals and 11 assists through 24 games. On the season he is averaging 3.79 shots per game and remains the focal point of the Penguins’ offense. He’s gone higher than 3.5 in six of his last eight games and the Lightning allow 31 shots per game.
