The 2025 NFL season rolls on and we continue our quest for the big prizes with our NFL DFS Week 7 picks. Properly identifying the right value plays is paramount and thus far, we've done a fantastic job. The NFL DFS Week 7 Watch List starts you off on your research and from there you should be checking in with all of the DFS coaching articles. As your week continues and we get closer to when the DFS Playbook publishes, you should already have a strong idea as to which direction we are all taking. The process has proven positive and we continue down that path again this week. Are you ready? It feels like #FANation is on the cusp of a big week, so let's get to our NFL DFS Week 7 picks.

 

 

Once again, the NFL has set us up with another 10-game main slate for Sunday. I still don't get the obsession with games being played over in Europe and I certainly don't know why we continue to have Monday Night Football doubleheaders, but this is the hand we've been dealt. I remember when we used to regularly have 12-game slates and that always seemed perfect. There was less overlap on players and we had a nice advantage identifying what was the good chalk versus the bad chalk. This is why we've adjusted our strategy a bit and have started to gravitate more towards single-entry GPP tournaments rather than the 50/50s, but we are still seeing a number of lineup trains there as well. Does that mean we can't win money playing DFS? Of course not. It just means we have to work harder than those jamokes who rely on the lineup optimizers. We can definitely do it, though, and we will eventually win out!

Before we jump into the NFL DFS Week 7 picks, let's do a quick look-back to what the previous week's DFS Playbook optimal lineup scored. Looking back helps us see, not just who the plays were, but how the lineup construction looked as well. The optimals looked great and would have taken down top prizes even without Kimani Vidal, whom a lot of people used. I did not include him in the Playbook or Dart Board because I was concerned about a split with Hassan Haskins and the fact that the Chargers offensive line was a mess. He still hit because it was against Miami and I underestimated just how bad Miami's run defense really was, but we won't make that mistake again. We also won't chase what Vidal did last week, though I'm sure plenty out there will chase.

Again, just trying to show you what could have been. Yes, some of my Example Lineups may have steered you in a different direction, but that's why you build your own and always use the examples as a sounding board. No one says you should be using them in your contests.
