NFL DFS Week 15 RB Coach: Saquon Barkley, Derrick Henry, Devin Neal
Welcome to the  NFL DFS Week 15 RB Coach article!! For the most part, Week 14’s DFS RB recommendations were on point. You paid a lot for De’Von Achane and Jahmyr Gibbs, but they were worth it. More moderately priced NFL DFS RBs like Bucky Irving, Josh Jacobs, and Chase Brown gave us a good return on our investment as well. James Cook, Derrick Henry, and Jordan Mason had some modest success in Week 14, but Breece Hall, like the rest of the New York Jets’ offense, did virtually nothing against the Miami Dolphins.

NFL DFS Week 15 RB Coach for FanDuel & DraftKings Fantasy
Week 15 in the NFL typically marks the start of the fantasy football playoffs in season-long leagues. If you did not qualify for a playoff berth, you’re not alone, and there are plenty of opportunities to create NFL DFS lineups over the next several weeks.
The key to creating a winning NFL DFS lineup is knowing who to start, but knowing who not to include in your DFS lineups is also very important. Without further ado, let's get to the NFL DFS Week 15 RB Coach.Â

NFL Week 15 Running Backs
I’m not using Los Angeles Rams RB Kyren Williams in my DFS lineups this week. The Rams have suggested that they want to keep Williams fresh for their playoff run, and with their Week 14 matchup against the Cardinals in hand, they were able to limit his offensive snaps played to a season low 51.4% last week. Another reason I’m not using Williams in DFS is that he has a tough matchup against the Detroit Lions, who have been very tough against the run this season. I’ll be using Williams in my season-long league but not in DFS.
I’m also not using the Chicago Bears NFL DFS RBs this week. D’Andre Swift and Kyle Monangai seem to be splitting carries evenly, and they have a difficult matchup against the Cleveland Browns in Week 14.Â
Remember when we could never figure out how the New England Patriots were going to use their NFL DFS RBs when Bill Belichick was their head coach? Well, it’s happening again. Rhamondre Stevenson and TreVeyon Henderson basically split carries in Week 13, and I’m not comfortable using either Patriots NFL DFS RB in Week 15.
The Carolina Panthers seem to be gravitating towards using a hot hand approach in their use of their NFL DFS RBs, and I’ve watched Zach Charbonnet vulture too many of Kenneth Walker III’s carries and TDs. I won’t be including Panthers or Seattle Seahawks RBs in my DFS lineups in Week 15.
There are, of course, several NFL DFS RBs that I will be including in my DFS lineups that can help you win some cash in Week 15. These are some of my favorites!Â

NFL DFS RB Top Tier Picks for Week 15
Christian McCaffrey, San Francisco 49ers
DraftKings: $9,000 | FanDuel: $9,000
Despite having a tough matchup against the Tennessee Titans, who have improved their run defense recently, McCaffrey is still an NFL DFS RB that you should consider starting every week. He is the true definition of an RB that is matchup-proof.
De’Von Achane, Miami Dolphins
DraftKings: $8,900 | FanDuel: $9,400
Keep an eye on the Dolphins' injury report this week. Achane suffered a rib injury during his Week 14 matchup against the New York Jets. He left the game, but according to the Dolphins, he could have returned. Achane has been one of the most consistent NFL DFS RBs this season, and he takes on the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 15. They’ve given up the second-most rushing yards to the position over the past five weeks (648).
Bijan Robinson, Atlanta Falcons
DraftKings: $8,200 | FanDuel: $8,900
Robinson’s DFS salary is slightly discounted this week after a sub-par performance against a tough Seattle Seahawks defense. He should be able to rebound against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 15. They only allowed Robinson to rush for 24 yards against them in Week 1, but the Bucs have given up 4.72 YPC to NFL DFS RBs over their last five games. Robinson made up for not being able to run the ball against the Bucs by scoring a receiving TD against them, and that helped him score 27.4 DK fantasy points and 21.4 FD fantasy points against Tampa Bay in Week 1.
Derrick Henry, Baltimore Ravens
DraftKings: $7,300 | FanDuel: $8,400
Henry has had some big late-season games in the past. We’ll see if history can repeat itself, starting with his very favorable Week 15 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals. Cincy has given up the most rushing yards to RBs this season (1643) and the highest average PPR fantasy points per game (30.2). Henry has scored five TDs and has averaged 4.99 YPC in seven career games against the Bengals. He continued his dominance of the Bengals by averaging 6.0 YPC and scoring a TD in his Week 12 matchup against them.Â
Saquon Barkley, Philadelphia Eagles
DraftKings: $7,100 | FanDuel: $8,500
It’s been a while since I’ve used Barkley in DFS. However, I love his Week 15 matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders, who have given up the sixth most rushing yards to RBs (586) and six total TDs to NFL DFS RBs in their last five games. Whether it’s been due to an underlying groin injury or just the fallout from his overuse during the 2024 season, Barkley just hasn’t performed as expected this season. The good news is that Barkley is averaging 5.4 YPC over his last two games, and he exploded for a 52-yard run in Week 14.Â

NFL DFS RB Mid-Tier Picks for NFL Week 15
Travis Etienne, Jacksonville Jaguars
DraftKings: $6,500 | FanDuel: $7,500
Etienne Jr. is coming off a Week 14 performance in which he scored two TDs against the Indianapolis Colts, and he is poised to have a big Week 15 against the New York Jets. The Jets have given up the fourth most rushing yards to NFL DFS RBs (592) and the most rushing TDs (9) to the position over the past five weeks.
Woody Marks, Houston Texans
DraftKings: $5,600 | FanDuel: $6,500
With Nick Chubb potentially limited due to a rib injury in Week 15, Marks could have an increased role in the Texans’ run game against the Arizona Cardinals. He has a juicy matchup against the Cards, who have given up the most rushing yards to RBs over the past five weeks (712) and are tied for giving up the most total TDs (10) during the same period. Marks is averaging just 3.3 YPC in his last six games, and that is reflected in his affordable DFS salary, but with a good matchup and potentially more playing time, this could be a good week for him to jump-start his season.

NFL Week 15 DFS RB Value Picks
Devin Neal, New Orleans Saints
DraftKings: $5,300 | FanDuel: $6,100
Neal is another relatively inexpensive NFL DFS RB option who has a good matchup in Week 15. He’s played an average of 75.46% of the Saints’ offensive snaps over the past three weeks and takes on the Carolina Panthers, who have given up 4.86 YPC, six TDs, and 20 catches to NFL DFS RBs over their last four games.
Chris Rodriguez, Washington Commanders
DraftKings: $4,900 | FanDuel: $5,700
Rodriguez Jr. has taken over as the Commanders’ lead NFL DFS RB, and unfortunately, that hasn’t yet translated to big-time fantasy production. However, that may change since he takes on the New York Giants in Week 15. Big Blue has given up 6.59 YPC, five total TDs, and 26 catches to NFL DFS RBs over their last four games. Using Rodriguez Jr. in Week 15 depends on your risk tolerance, but his price tag and matchup are intriguing.
