Week 14 of the NFL season brings us an 11 game main slate on DraftKings and FanDuel. We have just two teams on a bye and eight teams playing in primetime. Weather is the biggest factor on this slate with winds and rain expected this weekend resulting in some low game totals. NFL DFS QB Top Tier Picks

Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills

Allen and the Bills go on the road in Week 14 for a potential playoff preview against the Kansas City Chiefs. Allen's elite rushing production over the past few weeks has really given him a solid floor with an incredible ceiling which was on full display prior to the team's bye when he threw for 339 yards and two scores while adding 81 rushing yards and two more rushing touchdowns against the Eagles for 43 fantasy points. Allen now has nine rushing touchdowns on the season to go with his 24 passing touchdowns. Turnovers continue to be a bit of a worry as he has thrown 13 interceptions but its difficult to go away from Allen in his current form.

Justin Herbert, Los Angeles Chargers

It has not been fun using Herbert over the past two games with the Chargers QB averaging just 215 yards with one touchdown and one interception over that span. In Week 14 we get the Chargers back at home and facing a Broncos defense that is certainly beatable as was seen last week against the Texans. We know Keenan Allen is an elite playmaker for the Chargers but we should also keep a close eye on Joshua Palmer who had his return window activated. Either way, Palmer or no Palmer, I'm looking for a good week here from the Chargers QB.

NFL DFS QB Mid-Tier Picks

Brock Purdy, San Francisco 49ers

Purdy didn't have his best performance against Seattle on Thanksgiving but now home and coming off a monster performance against the Eagles the momentum is in the favor of the current league MVP betting favorite. Purdy has thrown at least three touchdowns in three of the last four games and we know the Seahawks defense is nothing special.

NFL DFS QB Value Picks

Russell Wilson, Denver Broncos

The Chargers defense really struggles against both the run and the pass. The Broncos offense has picked up momentum over the past few weeks. All this adds up to Wilson being one of my favorite plays on the slate. There aren't many QB's in good matchups or good weather games this week which puts Wilson in a premium spot to outscore some QB's that he typically wouldn't on a normal week. That said, Wilson has given us at least 17.75 FP in four of the last five weeks which is more than enough at his price tag and that point total should be reachable if not exceedable here in this spot.

Joshua Dobbs, Minnesota Vikings

Has the shine already worn off on Dobbs? Apparently there was some consideration of switching QB's during the Vikings bye week but we got word that Dobbs will be the team's QB this week against the Raiders. Adding to the appeal here outside of the motivation to keep his job is the potential that Justin Jefferson could be active for this weeks game against the Raiders. Elite receivers are always a QB's best friend.

Baker Mayfield, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

I mean, this is still Baker Mayfield we are talking about here. Bad games are going to happen for average-at-best QB's and we got that bad game last week against the Panthers as he completed less than 50-percent of his passes. A reason to like Mayfield this week, honestly, is just simply the location. He gets to play in a dome whereas most of the games this week in the north/northeast are dealing with some weather concerns. Yes, the Falcons pass defense has been decent but Mike Evans is a monster capable of going for two-plus touchdowns against anyone and Mayfield is such a cheap price tag that it makes stacking with Mike Evans easy to do.

NFL DFS QB Fade

C.J. Stroud, Houston Texans

I'm fading Stroud in DFS this week. The weather in New Jersey is not expected to be all that great and Stroud has generally performed worse on the road this season than at home. Add in the fact that the Jets actually have a pretty elite pass defense and I'm going to sit the rookie out in this one.
