Week 12 of the NFL season brings us a 10-game main slate as we come off Thanksgiving Day football. This main slate features top slingers in Jalen Hurts, Patrick Mahomes, Josh Allen and rookie C.J. Stroud along with some interesting values to build your DFS lineups around this weekend. Make sure you check out our Week 12 DFS projections and NFL DFS Lineup Generator when building your DFS lineups this week!

NFL DFS QB Top Tier Picks

C.J. Stroud, Houston Texans

What more needs to be said here? There rookie completed 73% of his passes against the Cardinals with two touchdowns and three interceptions for yet another 20+ fantasy point effort. Sure, the three INT's were his most in a game this season but he has a great spot here, again at home, against a Jags defense that really struggles against the pass. I look for Stroud to have yet another week where he challenges to be the top scoring QB.

Jalen Hurts, Philadelphia Eagles

The rushing touchdown upside for Hurts gives him  such an elite ceiling as the Eagles QB already has nine scores on the ground thanks to the “tush push”. He's also thrown for 15 touchdowns this season and is averaging nearly 25 fantasy points per game. The Eagles offense struggled against the Chiefs in Week 11 but now back at home against a Bills defense that has had its issues I am expecting a bounce back.

Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs

The wide receivers are obviously an issue for consistency with Mahomes but he still has Travis Kelce and the Chiefs offense under Mahomes has torched the Raiders defense over the course of his tenure, averaging over 30 points per game. Like Hurts, I'm expecting a bounce back game here from one of the best QB's in football.

NFL DFS QB Mid-Tier Picks

Kyler Murray, Arizona Cardinals

We love to see the mobility back as Murray has rushing touchdowns in both of his starts this season. The passing numbers could be better but they were at least improved in his second start against the Texans. In Week 12 Murray faces a Rams defense which isn't so great against the pass and as Murray gets more reps under him I'd expect to see better return on his value.

Trevor Lawrence, Jacksonville Jaguars

I honestly can see this game going one of two ways. The first, the Jags just use Travis Etienne and run all over the Texans defense which has been the angle that most teams have taken. The second, is that Trevor Lawrence picks apart this Texans zone scheme defense much like he did last week when the Titans used a primary zone defense against him. We can't fade a QB coming off four total touchdowns.

NFL DFS QB Value Picks

Baker Mayfield, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

I was not in on Mayfield last week given the road matchup against the 49ers but I think thre is plenty of reason to think he has more success this week against a much softer Colts team. Mayfield has a ton of talent at the receiver position with Mike Evans, Chris Godwin and running back Rachaad White all making plays this season.  As long as Mayfield can limit the turnovers he will be a favorite value play of mine this year.

NFL DFS QB Fade

Matthew Stafford, Los Angeles Rams

Some may be tempted to use Stafford here against a soft Cardinals defense but I'm not 100% sold on the thumb being ready to go and he may also be without Cooper Kupp this week. The return of running back Kyren Williams has me thinking we see the Rams lean on the running game this week.
