Week 4 of the NFL season is here, and while we do have a Sunday morning game in London featuring the Indianapolis Colts and the Washington Commanders, we still get a healthy 12-game main slate on DraftKings and FanDuel to build our bankroll.

This slate is certainly front-loaded. We have eight games being played in the early window with the rest in the afternoon slot. Four teams are favored by at least seven points, and five games feature implied game totals at or below 42.5 points. So on the surface there are some defenses in great spots for our NFL DFS Week 4 DST picks. If you played the Minnesota Vikings DST in Week 3, you reaped plenty of rewards. And if you can afford them in your lineups for Week 4,  then you might find yourself in familiar territory for a second straight week. Let’s dig in!

NFL DFS Week 4 DST Picks

Minnesota Vikings – DraftKings: $4,000 | FanDuel: $5,000

I’ve been pretty high on this DST so far, and I was heavily invested in them last week, and they turned out to be the best DST play on last week’s main slate. The Vikings DST is averaging 14 fantasy points per game so far, with multiple takeaways in each game and 14 total sacks. Last week they had the fortune of some garbage-time sacks and turnovers against Baker Mayfield and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. But overall, it was still a dominant performance.

And remember, no matter what price tag the Vikings wear each week, they’re useful for DFS. Even if they’re projected to get into a shootout, you know the defense is sending the blitz on almost every defensive snap. The Vikings are 10.5-point favorites against the Miami Dolphins this week, and the Fins have an implied team total of just 14 points. They’ll also be without star running back De’Von Achane, who is done for the season due to injury.

The Vikings rank first in blitz rate (64.7%) by a wide margin. The Washington Commanders are second at 45.7%. But the Vikings are also second in pressure rate (46.6%) and first in sack rate (10.5%). By comparison, the Miami offensive line is putrid. According to Sam Hoppen, they’re 30th in unblocked pressure rate (13.1%) and 24th in pressure rate allowed (44.9%). The Vikings are certainly a pricey option, but this is a home matchup where they could walk all over the lowly Dolphins.

Baltimore Ravens – DraftKings: $3,800 | FanDuel: $4,900

The Ravens open this home matchup as 11.5-point favorites against the Tennessee Titans. The Titans have a 15.5-point implied team total, which is among the lowest on the slate. The Ravens defense hasn’t posted any gaudy numbers for our fantasy football lineups just yet, but a huge performance could be on the horizon.

There’s no need to sugarcoat it. We’re targeting Cam Ward by utilizing the Ravens DST, and this play obviously correlates well with using Derrick Henry in a revenge game against his former team. While Ward hasn’t turned the ball over in waves, he also isn’t doing anything else at a high level. His two rushing touchdowns in Week 2 helped him get to 20 fantasy points that week. But he’s still only thrown for two touchdowns on the season, and he hasn’t eclipsed 200 passing yards in three games to start the 2026 campaign.

Ward also ranks 24th in EPA/Play (-0.07) among qualified quarterbacks, and he’s 27th in terms of average depth of target. The Ravens have bled a little production to opposing offenses, but this is a spot where they can potentially reach their ceiling with a few turnovers and a couple sacks while limiting the Titans offense.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers – DraftKings: $2,800 | FanDuel: $3,200

The Bucs didn’t necessarily pay off for our NFL DFS DST picks in Week 3, but they’re priced down a bit on both sites heading into this week. For Week 4, they at least have the luxury of playing at home against the Green Bay Packers, who might just have the worst offensive line in the league, which is not something we’re used to saying about this organization.

According to Sam Hoppen, the Packers' offensive line ranks 31st in yards before contact per carry (0.60), 28th in stuffed run rate (20.8%), 27th in pressure rate allowed (45.5%), 31st in quick pressure rate allowed (26.5%), and 29th in average time to pressure (2.43 seconds). To help their glaring weakness they did sign veteran offensive lineman, Kevin Zeitler, earlier this week. But it remains unclear if he’ll play this weekend.

Tampa doesn’t have the most effective pass rush since they have just six sacks through three games. But they do still blitz at the fourth-highest rate (41.5%) in the NFL. Because of that, they are strictly a GPP play. They’re a low-floor, high-ceiling recommendation for our NFL DFS Week 4 DST picks.

Best NFL DFS DST Values for Week 4

Best DraftKings DST Value – New England Patriots; $2,300

For as bad as the Patriots have been this season, the defense hasn’t really been the problem. A lot of the shortcomings and storylines have come from the offense. Sure, the defense bled 35 points to the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 3. But Drake Maye was intercepted in the second half, and the Jags defense brought it all the way back to New England’s five-yard line and turned that turnover into a touchdown. The Patriots also missed a field goal, and the Jags converted that into a touchdown as well. Now don’t get me wrong, the defense had its faults a week ago, but they’ve performed far better than the offense this year.

In Weeks 1 and 2, they allowed 520 total yards and 16 points to the Seattle Seahawks and Pittsburgh Steelers. Obviously, this upcoming matchup is no cakewalk. Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills are likely the favorites to represent the AFC in this year’s Super Bowl. But the Bills do have a tendency to let their opponents hang around. Even last week against the Los Angeles Chargers, the Bills offense turned the ball over five times. And this is a divisional matchup at the end of the day, so these games tend to mean a little more, and you can never fully count out the underdog.

Best FanDuel DST Value – Las Vegas Raiders; $3,100

I wouldn’t touch the Patriots on FanDuel, but the Raiders can certainly be played on both sites, and they’re exceptionally affordable on FanDuel. On paper, the Raiders are probably the better play over the Patriots. The Patriots/Bills game has an implied total of 48.5 points, and the Patriots are seven-point underdogs on the road. The Raiders are at least at home against the Chiefs (47.5-point game total), and they’re just 4.5-point underdogs.

The Raiders already have 10 sacks through three games while recording multiple takeaways in each of those matchups. And so far that has allowed this DST to return at least a dozen fantasy points in three straight contests. According to Sam Hoppen, the Raiders are seventh in pressure rate (44.2%) and third in sack rate (8.8%) despite ranking 30th in blitz rate (18.6%). The Chiefs' offensive line is fine, but they do have the third-worst average time to pressure (2.42 seconds).

Whatever Klint Kubiak has done through three games, it’s working on both sides of the ball. And it’s a reason we can play the Raiders with a little optimism against a division rival at such a cheap price tag.

NFL DFS DST Fade for Week 4

Green Bay Packers – DraftKings: $3,200 | FanDuel: $4,800

There are a few things working in Green Bay’s favor for this matchup, but ultimately, I don’t think I want to spend up for this DST in Week 4. There are three other DSTs I’d rather spend up for this week, and the Packers haven’t been world beaters on the defensive side of the ball.

Are they well rested? They certainly should be after getting a few extra days off after playing on Thursday Night Football in Week 3. But this defense ranks 26th in DVOA through three weeks, and they’ve seen the third-most defensive drives so far this year. The Green Bay offense simply isn’t performing well enough to keep this defense off the field. And that means opposing offenses are getting extra opportunities to rack up yardage and points.

This slate does have one of the lower totals on the slate, which means both defenses, in theory, should be on the table. But I am more optimistic about Tampa’s defense at home, while the Packers are a group I may avoid at their price. They’ve allowed 35+ points to two of their first three opponents this year.

NFL DFS Week 4 DST Play of the Week

Seattle Seahawks – DraftKings: $3,500 | FanDuel: $4,700

This is a week where I really wanted to put the Vikings DST in this spot to close out the NFL DFS Week 4 DST picks. But it’s not necessarily a bold/fun call to list the most expensive DST as the Play of the Week. So instead, I’ll pivot to the Seattle Seahawks, who are a strong play at home against the Los Angeles Chargers.

The Seahawks are coming off an untimely loss on the road to the Washington Commanders last week. So they’re obviously looking to avenge last week’s loss with a “get right” game. As of Friday morning, the Seahawks are favored by seven points, giving the Chargers an implied team total of just under 18 points. And that’s hard to imagine when you consider the talent that the Chargers have, in addition to having Jim Harbaugh and Mike McDaniel on the coaching staff.

So far through three games, Justin Herbert ranks 28th in EPA/play (-0.12), 29th in completion percentage over expected (-4.2%), and he’s thrown four interceptions and fumbled three times as well. Seattle has been very good against the run. They rank first in EPA/rush (-0.35), and first in defensive rush success rate (24.6%). So if the Chargers aren’t likely to find success on the ground, then they’ll have to lean on Herbert, who has not looked like a top-tier quarterback to start the 2026 NFL season.
